A great vacation!

The house is great! This is our third year in a row staying with Avada Properties and we will definitely return again next year. It is a clean, spacious property with a lot of things to do for everyone in the family without even having to leave the house. It is in a great location, convenient to everything while still being far enough from Parkway that it remains peaceful.

Dont Be Fooled by This One

1. Pool Table unlevel and pool sticks had no tips except one.2. No sand for the shuffle board3. Air hockey pucks barely glide4. T.v by the pool table had no working remote 5.Small record player was broken 6. Lots of wear and tear in the house.7. Cooking pans were dirty very scratched and broken handles.8. I was informed to not forget to sign the guest book, but one didnt exist.

Family stay

We enjoyed our stay in Pigeon Forge and the home served as a great base for our family of five. It was nice having the two rooms in the basement, each with their own bathroom, so there was a bit of separation between kids and adults if either group was ready for bed before the other. The location was nice since it was only about a half mile from the strip, so heading out for a bite to eat or doing something outside of town meant you weren’t spending too much time driving up or down a hillside like many other houses. Like many of the other houses in the area, it is located on a hill so parking and packing or unpacking is a bit of a chore. Not really a huge issue for our family, but for older adults or young children, it could be difficult. Communication prior to checking in was good, but I contacted the host about a few issues during our stay and did not get any response. The messages I received before and after our stay seemed to be automated since they matched wording of other messages on the listing regarding check in and check out procedures. This was disappointing. For any future guests, be sure to check that the hot tub is not in “sleep mode”. Our boys were thrilled to be going into it one evening only to find out is was only 87 degrees. Not an ideal temp and they were disappointed to say the least.

Wouldnt say luxury but nice cabin

Nice cabin. Owners worked quickly to fix internet issues. Very roomy cabin. Lots of stairs so if you have leg or hip problems be aware. Wasnt an issue for us but could be for some. Wonderful location. Quick acess to Town. Grocery stores etc.

Cabin was wonderful, clean. Only suggestion I would give is there was only 4 forks and there was 7 of us so may want to add some forks to kitchen drawer but we just used spoons no big deal

Very convenient to Pigeon Forge. No mountain views but nice.

Very nice cabin. Plenty of room. We each had our own bathroom and I loved that. The back porch is nice just no mountain views. You a very close to town.

Pinewood Lodge

We really enjoyed our stay at Pinewood Lodge. Things I would say is location is good and convenient to a lot of things. There are 3 levels of stairs if someone can't handle stairs. Also there was a large bed frame left on the front porch while we were there. But otherwise it is a very nice place

We stayed at this property for our son’s wedding. It was in a perfect location convenient to the venue and the strip. The cabin was clean and comfortable and Justin was very helpful with all questions. We had no problem with check in or out.

GREAT STAY!!!

Property was just as described. It was perfect with enough space for 6 adults. Good location with easy access to all attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Most of all, the host was very responsive to our questions and certainly understands the importance of exceptional customer service during the booking process, pre-arrival and during our 5-day stay. Would definitely consider this property in the future.

Perfect cabin choice

This cabin was absolutely beautiful, extremely clean, spacious and so much fun. We were close to everything in Pigeon Forge. We especially loved the jukebox, pool table, and the hot tub on the deck. My family had a wonderful time and the host, Justin, was very responsive and helpful before during and after our stay. I highly recommend this cabin for anyone looking for a fun getaway to Pigeon Forge.

Loved out Stay

This was a great cabin near town. Loved the convenience of how close it was. Made it so easy to enjoy the cabin throughout the day when we o it had a short amount of time before heading off to something else. There was so much space that everyone could spread out and have some down time when needed. Plenty of things to do for everyone. We simply loved it!! Anytime I reached out, Justin was quick to respond back. Would recommend staying here.

Wonderful house and great hosts

The house was wonderful. Our young kids had an awesome time with the games available. The layout is awesome and plenty of space for our family. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions and were wonderful to work with for our visit. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will be back!

Beautiful cabin

Beautiful cabin, had to contact property manager due to cleanliness. Received quick response from Justin and he was apologetic, offered to send cleaners back over but I declined as we were not comfortable with strangers being Inside so spent some time on the day we arrived cleaning up some stuff. Was unable to enjoy upper level balcony due to bee infestation. I made property owner aware of all these things so he could get them taken care of. As I said, it is a beautiful cabin with a great location.

Senior Trip - Great Location - Highly Recommend

The property was great and was close to everything in Pigeon Forge, and was easy to access. Everyone enjoyed the pool table and games when we weren’t out doing things in town. Check out process was extremely easy. Would definitely recommend staying there with your family. WiFi signal is very weak. We pretty much had to use our hotspot on our phone the whole time. The only small recommendation I would give the home owner is to supply more trash bags for the kitchen (only had 2) and more dish towels (had 1) and dish rags (only had a sponge). Outside of that, it was great!

Family Vacation

Overall we had a great time on vacation. The cabin is very close to the parkway, unlike other cabins being 15+ minutes away. We had a few questions after arriving, the host messaged back within 30 minutes or less, even at midnight!! Communication was amazing! Only problem we ran into is that we thought the main floor (kitchen and living area) was the first floor. We brought our granny with us who had to climb the stairs to get to the kitchen. So be mindful when booking, that the first floor includes the two bedrooms and den. The second floor includes the kitchen, living room and master bedroom. The 3rd floor is the game room which had the pool table in it. Our only suggestion would be to maybe move the pool table to the 1st floor. The room isn’t quite big enough on the 3rd floor plus you have to watch out for falling balls! Overall we had a great time and great experience!

Family vacation

This cabin was perfect for my group of 9. It was clean ( not a bug to be seen!) and the kitchen had everything we could have asked for, since we cooked a lot of meals while we stayed. Justin was easy to communicate with, and the location was perfect for our day at Dollywood, and to spend some time in Gatlinburg.
