We loved the location of this condo! It was tucked away from all the hustle and bustle of the strip, but it was close to everything. We’ll definitely be booking here again!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and spacious. The kids loved the pool and we loved being so close to everything. The jets didn’t work in the jacuzzi tub and there was a number of stink bugs that came through the crack of the door. Other than that our stay was wonderful!

It was my FIL, husband and I. This is our second time at this home and it is so relaxing. Everything was clean and the beds comfortable. We’ve only stayed a night each time, but after a long drive up, it’s so much nicer than a hotel room

Beautiful Condo—Excellent Value!

The condo was very nice, had a beautiful view, and convenient to all attractions and shopping. Just off the parkway enough to not hear the noise as well. We will be staying again in this condo!

Very clean, comfortable and convenient location

Enjoyed our stay! Myself and my parents (in their 80s). Very clean and comfortable accommodations. Excellent location for Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, Gatlinburg, and Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Excellent communication with owner. Amenities within the unit and Mountain View Condos were great! Quiet and awesome for adults and families with kids. Would stay there again!

Toddler/Baby Friendly Location

The best part about this property for me was the minimalist design! We were able to let our toddler and 10 month old roam around without having to worry about them getting into a bunch of decor. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. Only issue we ran into was crumbs found in the second bedroom sheets. The condo had outside amenities but they could use some updating. The pool area was perfect but the play area had massive ant beds that had not been treated and the basketball/volleyball area and corn hole did not have everything needed to actual utilize them so if you plan to take advantage of these amenities, bring your own ball and/or bean bags. Other than that, this was a great stay!

Awful

The humidity was completely uncontrolled and measured 70% while trying to sleep. There was a significant mildew/mold smell coming from the vents every time the air kicked on. There were renovations being done directly above us and continued until 11pm then started again around 6am. The bed was extremely uncomfortable as well. The place was not as clean as I would prefer, but I am pretty meticulous. However my 10 year old daughter found a dirty pair of panties in the couch, and that's where I drew the line and called to cancel the rest of our stay for the week. The host was very rude and initially tried to charge us for the first night. Then while trying to pack up a week's worth of our things and groceries that we had unfortunately already unpacked before realizing the extent of the situation, the host's husband showed up and walked right in without even knocking. It was extremely unprofessional. The whole situation was incredibly stressful and was a horrible start to our trip.

Rod Run

It was a great place to stay. We just couldn't get tv in living room to come on and couldn't figure out how to get dryer to work. I definitely won't go back during Rod Run. We didn't realize this was going on and the traffic was horrible. It took a very long time to get anywhere we wanted to go.

Spring Break Trip

Our family drove from Pennsylvania to spend spring break in Pigeon Forge. This was our first time there and were not disappointed. The condo was well kept and had beautiful mountain views. Amenities were great! Kids enjoyed both pools and the playground area. Condo was situated close to everything and allowed for a quick ride to dollywood and Gatlinburg. At the end of the day it was nice to have such a quiet place to come back to and relax. We would definitely come back!
