locked out

From leaky doors to wet carpet and mold and rust in the bathrooms, the front door lock never worked correctly. I contacted the host about the lock not working and she told me to pull the handle closer to me when I opening. It would to 10-15 times to get it to open. The last night was 20 degrees and the lock stopped working. 2 hours later and after 3 trips with the maintenance man to fix it (btw all the spare keys did not work) so he had to pry the door open with a crowbar, then was informed that this has been done before and running problem, replacing the dying batteries in the lock did not fix the problem. My kids were scared to stay that last night because he was able to break in :( nothing like 3 hours of sleep before a long drive home. For all my troubles, I was refunded 100 :( Dont recommend

Great Location, Maintenance Needed

The condo was not clean, had water damage in the bedroom and living room, mold on the trim in the bathroom, Rusty nails coming through the master shower walls, and sheets with bleach stains. The condo layout is nice; however, it is in desperate need of repair and maintenance. We’ve stayed in many condos and have always had great reviews. This is the first time our stay was less than good. I hope they take the time to make this great location a more desirable stay for guests in the future!

place is very dirty did not like to be told so they kicked out eight people two of them wheelchairs

stay, was absolutely horrible. I will never recommend them to anyone chairs were so nasty and sticky and dirty that you could even sit in them. Tons of holes in the wall in the people who work it who are you are very rude.

Good stay

My family of 4 and my friends family of 4 stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. Kids loved the pools and they were nice and warm. The guest room shower had a leaky head that shot onto wall. It needs to be fixed to stop molding. The twin beds only had a blanket and no top sheet which my kids didn’t like. The bed pillows and shams could be updated but would definitely stay again for location

This is a very nice spacious condo right in the midst of everything pigeon Forge has to offer. We enjoyed the pool or the hot tub and found everything to be as it was listed. We would definitely stay here again.

Condo was good overall. Easy access, great location, adequate parking, priced fairly. Better attention could be paid to cleaning. One dresser drawer was left filled with trash (shame on whoever left it that way). AC return is crazy dusty as are vents. Kitchen isn’t well stocked.

Older unit with old furniture. Stained shower floors. Take your own soap and body wash. Overall not horrible but not worth what we spent. Poor air control for Master bedroom, take a fan. We were hot.

Cleanliness

The rooms were nice, but the condo furniture did not look like what appeared to be on the website, The furniture was nasty and spotty, it was as if were sitting on the floor. We sat down and went straight to the floor, we had to wash the linens and cover the couches because they were nasty and discussing. We sanitized everything down, went to Walmart and bought sheets to put on top of the covers because they nasty and spotted up. We paid so much money for this trip looking forward to an amazing time, and was discussed with our room. For the most part we had and amazing time, just had to make it work. I wouldn’t recommend this condo to anyone it was horrible, My kids and I felt yucky like bugs were crawling on us being that the couches were nasty ass heck and , the very place we had to lay down on was 🤮 nasty, The bottom of the shower was badly stained brown just to sum it up Horrible!!!!!!!!!!

Needs new furniture and extra cleaning

The listing looked very clean online but in reality once you got past the pretty kitchen and eating area- the living room was terrible. All the furniture was broken down and stained. My family didn’t even want to sit on any of it. The couch was sunk in and worn out and the 3 chairs were disgusting. The listing advertised recliners but they are straight back chairs. The air conditioning vents were covered in dust, the rugs didn’t appear to have been vacuumed and the showers were not clean.

Cleanliness was a HUGE issue

The unit was not clean and my family was not comfortable sleeping there. Stains on liens and towels . As well as dirt abs hair on bedding and floors had not been swept. The pull out couch had crumbs under the cushions. Furthermore the cooking supplies were nasty that I had to purchase things and wrap what we did use in aluminum foil. I also had to purchase cleaning supplies to clean the unit. Luckily I brought towel s and was wash clothes from home cause what was provided was NOT acceptable. Lastly we had travel blankets we used for the car ride that we had to lay on top of the bedding just so we felt comfortable to sleep.
