“Due to a major winter storm that hit this area, we were not able to make this trip. I reached out to the property owner at the beginning of the week to see if they would work with us to reschedule for another weekend, as my husband and I were excited to stay at this property. I was told that they were booked up, which in reviewing their calendar.....that was not the fact. I never once asked for my money back, just to reschedule. Property owner stated that they need to adhere to...

The town is a short distance away. We walked to downtown easily. (ages 62). The cottage has so much character and charm. The home is fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The bed was comfortable. The living room was also comfy & cozy. The front porch is a bonus. We truly enjoyed our stay and we will be back! ...

“Little Blue Bungalow was very welcoming and comfortable. There are lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby, and we enjoyed visiting Elkin. We hiked in Elkin and on the Parkway, which was about 30-45 mins away. Really a very nice setting.”
