“Both the house and host were great. The house was in great shape, clean, comfy and with anything we might needed. 100% recommend!!”

“I had the pleasure of being the very first guest to stay at this property. The host was very helpful prior to booking providing extra details of the property since the outside area is not yet complete. The interior was very nice, everything was clean, exactly as pictured in the listing and the mini Nespresso machine was great. The location was perfect for people visiting Saugerties or Woodstock, both only a few minutes away. I visited for the night for a concert at Bearsville Theatre and it was...

“This little house is beautiful!!! It was spotless & had so many little touches that made it homey! The property is surrounded by beautiful views out every window. Patti & Vince communicated wonderfully. The front porch was a haven. I needed lodging while volunteering at the Woodstock Film Festival & this home was less expensive than any of the hotels. Wish I’d had more time just to enjoy the house more. As a single traveler the automated lights outside were a comfort. Check in & Checkout were...

“Christie and Mary’s house was very comfortable, clean and spacious for our group of 6. We enjoyed the record player, the hot tub and the back yard. It is a short walk to restaurants and stores. The house is beautiful and we had a wonderful time.”

“Mattresses and couch were worn and a bit uncomfortable. Clean, Quiet. Attentive host”

“We had a wonderful stay in Millbrook. My 5yo declared it his favorite rental ever. We loved the kitchen, natural light in the living area and huge yard. The house is obviously well loved and has made lots of family memories. There is everything you could need or think of. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will be back.”

“Great stay and communicative host”

“We stayed at Sabrina's cottage for a family gathering. The kitchen is very well stocked, which made it easy and enjoyable for us to cook meals together. Comfortable beds and a very quiet street made for excellent sleep. The layout is open and airy, giving the feeling of plenty of space for everyone. Every part of the house was immaculate. We had only one quick question for Sabrina during our stay and she answered it quickly. Overall, a wonderful experience!!”
