“This is our property of choice when visiting MacKay, about 7 to 8 times a year. This is very convenient as the hotel restaurant is on premises.
The rooms are consistently very clean; housekeeping do a great job.
The rooms are starting to age a little and maybe time some refurbishment was considered. That said, a great property to stay.”

“Room and bathroom were both clean, bed was comfortable and don't forget to grab the blanket when you check-in outside well it would be a challenge to keep clean with partons of the pub using the same carpark as motel.
Whole place could use a bit of maintenance but doesn't impact on the room or your stay.
Staff behind the bar are great and easy to talk too.

“I think it was all an engineering issue. Entering the hotel, the lobby was un-airconditioned which made checking in a sweaty , uncomfortable affair. Apparently the engineering team switches that off as energy saving.
Entering the room, 2 essential light bulbs were broken, the entry hall and the bathroom.
Finally, the air-conditioning was so noisy that it was almost impossible to sleep. Dirty filters and small outlets.
It was convenient but I would never choose it again.”
