“Stayed with family in June All the adults had their own rooms and bathroom downstairs (3 good size rooms) and all the kids were upstairs where there were multiple beds in one room which made it fun for the kids. The area was nice and quiet with a small playground, fire pit, coal grill and rocking chairs looking over a river which made it very peaceful. The kids loved the swimming area that you share with a campground across the river. Lots of fun. So really no real major negatives at all...
