“We were surprised that for a very high property fee. There was no ice no ice trays no coffee no amenities on the property at all. Also, GPS does not get you to the property. We had to download an app on our phone and in just reading the description of the property were able to get directions, however those were even wrong as it said to turn it to Phillips 66 gas station and it has been a gas station since 2018 ”

“This property was beautiful. We appreciated so much that it was pet friendly. It’s in a beautiful location and has a really wonderful view. The driveway is steep but we were in an suv and didn’t have any issues. The kitchen was stocked with any cookware you might need if you wanted to cook while there. “This was such an amazing family vacation. The cottage was beautifully decorated, clean, and cozy. Our boys, who are older, absolutely loved staying in the whiskey house by themselves. I cannot say enough good things about this house and the location. We saw three bears within an hour of being there. We got to see a bobcat on our second day. The house was located super close to a grocery store and everything in Gatlinburg. Oh, and the beds were so comfortable! I will definitely be back to stay at...

“We did not get check in information, when we called VR BO they said they would cancel our reservation and someone would call to assist us with another reservation…they never did ! An hour later we got a call from the owner and got check in information at about 8:00. The property was great. This was disappointing since we had just had a reservation canceled in Florida with vrbo and was also told we would be contacted when the host canceled a 18 night reservation…again no help.
