There are a ton of beds for sleeping room for a much larger group then we had (4 adults, 1 dog), the driveway and garage parking are a huge plus, and there are some great restaurants nearby. Jenny is super responsive and accommodating and we loved the layout of the house, which had a more split-level design vs one tall stairway. “Adorable nicely renovated house in a nice neighborhood. Comfortable beds. The kitchen is well equipped and comes with a kettle, a French press and keurig. The living room furniture is minimal and could use a full length couch. Also for those who might have difficulty navigating stairs the stairs to 2nd floor bedrooms are steep and narrow and the bathroom is on the first floor. The parking for two cars is in a dirt lot a house away. There had just been a significant snow storm a few days before...

“We enjoyed our stay. We were very busy so we weren’t in the house very much but we did enjoy the house. The living room dining room kitchen area was very roomy. We did have 5 in the space and it was very comfortable. I enjoyed the architectural work and can appreciate all the hard work that has been put in to restore this wonderful home.”

“We booked this property because it was advertised as an “entire house,” but when we arrived we found that wasn’t the case—there are people living downstairs. We could clearly hear them talking through the door that separates the first and second floors, which took away from the privacy we expected. It looks like the listing has been updated since we booked, but just be aware that this rental is only the top floor of an occupied home. Nice house overall, but not the private stay we anticipated”

The house is also less than 10 minutes to downtown and all the other wonderful Providence attractionsThe house was very neat and tidy when we arrived and it was nice to have parking spots behind the house so we did not need to park on the street.
