"We stayed in this property just for 2 nights, but got amazingly lucky in that when midnight hit on NYE, we were treated to a birds eye view of what felt like everyone in Garmisch-Partenkirchen shooting up fireworks all around us. From the balcony we sat as a family and took it all in. What a fun surprise! The property is right on the historic walking and shopping street. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Everything was clean, modern but cozy, and comfortable."

"The apartment was conveniently located for our visiting purposes. The apartment was surprisingly large and had all needed appliances except for a washer and dryer. The apartment was extremely clean and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. As far as checking in, if my son did not live in the area to retrieve the key before 7pm, I don't know how I would have gotten the key with the long trip I had had for the day. "Stayed for a week and split time sightseeing between nearby mountains and Munich. The location worked great for this approach with lots to see and do within a 1 hour drive (we chose to rent a car). The apartment itself is great with a satisfying minimalistic approach that I appreciate, iIt is comfortable and quiet and perfect for relaxing after a long day of hiking. The hosts were top notch with excellent communications and advice/help. Highly recommend."

"All the rooms were modern and a good size. The lounge/kitchen was well equipped with nice furniture. The bathroom was spacious with a walk in shower. Our car was unused during our stay, but left in a secure parking space at the property. Our e-bikes were secured over night in a locked garage. The easy walk into central Garmish was about ten minutes. With our bikes we were able to visit all the locations/towns around Garmish, via the dedicated cycle paths or minor roads and mountain trails."
