“A perfect stay for a special family celebration! Four siblings and our mother stayed here while celebrating Mom’s birthday in Montréal, and the apartment could not have been better for our group of five adults. It was well-appointed, very clean, and stocked with all the kitchen and bathroom essentials we needed. Having four full bathrooms was a huge plus and made our stay especially comfortable and easy. We also loved the great balcony, which was the perfect place to sit outside as the sun set...

“I liked it”

“This was nice rental with plenty of beds. And space. Great a/c in all three main rooms!Great neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, shops, etc. on Mont Royal. Metro grocery store two blocks away. O Petit Paris is a great bakery 3 blocks away. Important note: Apartment on the 3rd floor - stairs only.”

“Tout était très bien. A rencontré 100% de mes attentes. Merci.”

“Property is well kept, spacious, and covers all basic needs. The fact that it has a king bed is great, and the bed was comfortable. The biggest issue was that the windowshade is not the proper size for the big window facing St Denis. It doesn't seem like a big deal until you're lying in bed at night and the car headlights flash through the window into your face through the 10 inch space that is exposed. I was able to patch together a solution to make it work but it should be addressed.Also...

“Great apartment in the middle of all the action on St. Denis. Countless dining and shopping options within walking distance and a short walk to the Sherbrooke metro stop. This apartment is great for groups since all bedrooms have their own bathroom. The rooftop patio is beautiful.”

“Excellent host communication from book-in to suggestions for things to do in the area. Prompt responses and friendly. The site is excellently located if you want a fun weekend in dwntwn entertainment. The stairs are steep and not well suited for anyone with mobility issues but the location and room are worth it. The apartment is very well suited for larger groups as the rooms are big and the bathrooms are well set ip for privacy and multiple people getting ready at the same time! The...

“We had 4 “dads” staying here for a getaway weekend, and it was perfect in every way. Comfy beds, pool table, amazing location, infinite video games. Couldn’t have picked a better place.”

“Recently renovated, clean unit. Nearby to the metro and a ton of activity in the Plateau area. Good communication from hosts. Would stay again.”

“It was a nice set up, enjoyed my stay!”

“Mixed reviews about this listing. On the positive side, communication and support from the host, Sam, was excellent. Check in was super easy. The listing was accurate regarding great location, comfortable beds (and linens and pillows). Where the listing was very inaccurate was in the quality of the apartment and the amenities available vs. the listing. The photos indicate (with the staging) a higher quality apartment than experienced. It truly felt like a student house updated with a few nice...

“Clean, well equipped kitchen, great rooftop patio. Excellent location, close to everything.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO. The space was exceptionally clean and felt very comfortable and homey throughout our visit. There was plenty of room for our toddler to play and move around, which made traveling as a family much easier and more enjoyable. The beds were very comfortable, and the property had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Communication with Frank was excellent — he was responsive, helpful, and made everything feel seamless from booking through checkout. Access to...

“The was in a good area and had what was needed. The hallway was very dirty.”

“Our group of 6 had a great stay here. Perfectly located on Ave. Mont-Royal and close to metro and many great restaurants.”

“The space was great, with lots of beds and sleeping areas. It was noisy on the street side, though… late night partying just outside the front windows.”

“The location is awesome, the host is very communicative. The apartment is two separate apartments (and I thought it was all one place) but it's a great stay for a bigger party in the best spot in the city.”

“Great place to stay with kids! Very walkable to lots of food, shops, etc. We used ClickNPark to find a parking spot because if you’re not used to city parking and/or don’t read French, parking was a bit of a challenge. Would definitely stay here again!”
