“This was a perfect home for our family of 6 (plus a dog) to relax at while visiting family nearby. We had all the amenities we could need and then some. We loved the outdoor area for yard games, wildlife watching, and time around the fire pit. Fadi was an extremely friendly host who was always available when needed. There were a couple of unseasonably hot days forecasted during our stay and Fadi reached out ahead of time to offer extra A/C units if needed. We will stay here again! ”

“The house is very conveniently located to many restaurants and other convenience.We stayed for 3 weeks as a family of 5 and the house never really felt "too small" despite being snowed in for a few days. We visited for most of January during Heavy snow! Price Chopper, the closest grocery, is surprisingly well stocked with name brand items at, as the name suggests, good prices. “What a wonderful home! Can’t beat the views from the backyard and the private beach. Brittany responded quickly to messages and was so incredibly kind. She even let us check out late.We unfortunately visited during a warmer time and overlooked the fact that the house does not have air conditioning. Despite the warmth, we made it work with open windows and provided fans to circulate air.The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils and pots and pans. Overall, a great stay!”
