“Clean room, good food especially breakfast, freshly cooked, not kept warm. Plenty of parking, friendly staff. My only criticism in room 1, was the lack of a clear surface to put our items on. The only table had the tea tray covering it. Window sill was above radiator. Butcombe loyalty club is worth signing up to. We hit lucky being there for my birthday, so £20 off our drinks. We were also there on a wednesday, so 25% off food. We would stay again. ”

“What a great weekend spent at this amazing hotel. The staff were so friendly and professional. The room was huge, extremely clean and had a great view of the horses in the neighbouring field. The main selling point for us was that this hotel was dog friendly. Needless to say, we will be returning next year.”

“The room was clean, with modern/quirky tech features. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs, providing a place to store our luggage after the check out time. The hotel is in a good location for the Redjet passenger ferry and the high street with bars and restaurants. It is also located a few mins walk from the taxi rank and bus stop that has connections to Newport.”
