“We stayed at 3 properties on this trip and this is the only one I don’t think I could recommend since I didn’t really feel welcomed, condo was missing things it should have had based on the listing, poor maintenance, and water issues. AC was completely turned off and it is a second story condo so the indoor temp when we got there was in the mid-90s and took 24 hours to cool down. When you know someone is coming turn on the AC. “This is a great property for the price. Overall I recommend this rental and would rent again. We were in an upstairs unit of a four Plex (3). No real negatives but a few FYIs. Host was super responsive. Pool is a definite plus. Good-size, super clean, there were lounge chairs but they needed padding, two large tables and chairs for all guests. Overall beautiful pool area. “The pool was the saving grace for this property. I would not go anywhere in this region without a pool, it was wonderful to escape the heat and humidity. We were lucky as we were alone in this complex for 10/14 days. That was wonderful as when other units were occupied they had kids that lived in the pool so you never had time to enjoy the pool when others were there. We never had more than 1 family there besides us at a time, but the property has 5 units, so if all 5 were occupied, probably not...

“Wow! This place has amazing views and is a short hike to town. Alejandro the property manger is like a concierge…he knows how to direct you to anything you want to know or do. The pool is awesome and steps away from the ground floor apartment. We took a shuttle to Sámara and were ok hiking up the hill to the apartment. But if that isn’t your thing, a 4 wheel drive would be necessary, like a quad or SUV. Highly recommend.”
