We walked to the beach, visited the farmers market, and went into town several times for meals and shopping. “Waking up to the sound of the ocean and being able to walk right onto the beach from the yard is wonderful. The staff at Zuma Tours are very nice and helpful. The house is within walking distance to restaurants, groceries, bars, shopping....pretty much whatever you may want/need. Being so close to everything, you can sometimes hear the goings on in town but it didn't bother us. We really enjoyed our stay at Ivan's House. Montezuma is a laid back beach town that is an excellent place to get away....

“Our family of four stayed between Christmas and New Years. The house was perfect - great views and great location. Right in the middle of Santa Teresa. The host was incredible. So helpful before and during the trip with reservations, cars, etc. We used LocalBird for fishing, snorkeling, etc. We missed our flight from San Jose to Cobano and there were no other flights. The host quickly helped us come up with Plan B including a driver. Saved tge day!!!”

“Always a pleasure to visit Santa Teresa. Villa Koa is in a great location. The property is exactly as advertised, very beautiful with a great pool. Construction wasn't overbearing at all and hardly even noticed it. One small complaint would be to add some blinds to the living room windows for a bit more privacy. “This house is amazing! You pull off the busy dirt road & when you walk into the house you feel like you're in a sanctuary. The view is amazing. We saw the most beautiful sunsets. It’s hard to leave the back porch, plan down time to enjoy being at the house. We had fresh delicious mangos right from the trees every day. The beds are firm and comfortable and the kitchen is very well stocked - a drip coffee maker and a single pod coffee maker, blender and anything else you might need. The driveway...

“We really enjoyed our stay at re:center. The team are incredible. We got caught in a thunderstorm on our way, so they came to meet us in quads to help us arrive. They were there to help immediately with whatever questions we had. The space itself is special, nestled away in the hermosa hills. Extremely comfortable (most comfortable bed in CR), extremely beautiful, and certainly one of the best spots to stay on the peninsula! Could not reccomend it more!”
