“Terrible hotel experience. Room was dirty on arrival. Asked for it to be cleaned again but was still dirty. Trash in the shower, dirty bed sheets and towels, hair in the toilet/sink/floor. Moved to a new room which was much cleaner. Lots of mosquitoes. Annoyingly few plug sockets. There was a dog barking outside all night and no sound proofing. I didn’t sleep a wink. In particular Udaya went above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble at all. Our only negative was that we didn’t stay here longer!
