One would have to reach over the tall gate to release the latch. Same thing happened with an interior gate closer to the unit. No draw string attached. Had to reach over again. * We decided to utilize the washer unit in the kitchen area. After about five minutes, we discovered about an inch of water...

“Great stay for a couple wanting access to LA but wanting to stay somewhere outside of the city. Culver City fits the bill and feels like a small town, but it's still fairly easy to get to all the things in LA (with a car, duh). The place is in a quiet, safe, neighborhood, parking on the street is easy, and being able to walk to restaurants and shops is a plus. The Jackson Market a couple of blocks away is awesome for coffee and sandwiches and the back courtyard is gorgeous.”

“We stayed at Shaahin’s house for 9 nights during March break 2025. First of all, great location. Short drive to Venice Beach, Abbot Kinney, Marina Del Ray and Santa Monica. Also it only took about 15 min to/from LAX. Even the drive to Disney was only about 45-50 min in rush hour. I was a bit doubtful about the claim that we could easily find street parking directly outside the house (I’m from Toronto where that doesn’t happen). BUT we did park directly outside each day or at most one house...

“A very nice house in a nice part of the city. Contact with the owner goes very smoothly. There are bikes to ride around. Shops, restaurants also. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the beach in Santa Monica.”
