“Our stay here started on a very stressful note with bad experience. The host was very rude and the property was not cleaned at all and we had to do multiple back and forth just to get the basic cleaning done. The house listed had no basic amenities for soap/hand wash. The kitchen utensils were sticky, smelling bad and had expired products. The property is not wheelchair and kids friendly so please be mindful of it and be ready to walk further atleast 200m and multiple stairs inside the property...

“This listing is a very nice, fairly spacious, model home type four bedroom, two bath condo that is clean and a 2 minute walk to the beach and two minute walk to dozens of top tier restaurants and stores! Definitely would recommend this to small groups that want to have a walkable staycation/vacation along the beach!”

“This apartment was everything we needed it to be. If you are used to the city life inherent to Los Angeles, this apartment is great. The owner is incredibly responsive, The apartment is very convenient to shopping and to exploring Japantown (Sawtelle) by foot, and is convenient to West Los Angeles and Santa Monica and the environs by car. The owners provide a parking space though on street parking is available as well. Bedrooms each have their own bathroom and showers. Air conditioning worked...

“This place is like a home away from home. Very close to all the sights. Quiet and peacful. Host is very responsive and ready to help as needed. Great place to stay!!”

“The Host changed the dates of the booking by a week without any notice 2 days before I checking in. The host ghosted me and did not change the dates back at all. Before he ghosted me, he was rude and sketchy. Do not book this room, you will get scammed. I thankfully caught the changes he made before the refund policy expired the next day. If I didn’t catch it, I would have been scammed a lot of money and would have gone to a trip with nowhere to stay. Stay away from this place”

“Booking cancelled by the host 10 days before scheduled stay, citing "Environmental impact Due to unexpected environmental events such as earthquakes, floods, or other natural disasters, the property is no longer safe or suitable for guests. Your safety is our top priority.". The property was still available on nearby dates of my cancelled stay.”

“Laura is a great host. The space looks just like the photos. The rooftop view is amazing. Love the historical vibe of the building. Never had an issue with neighbors and never even saw anyone really. Very peaceful place. Even the noise outside in LB for the location didn't bother us with the windows open. Everything we needed that I didn't bring was in the studio. Nice big kitchen. We had a blast and will be back.”
