“The location was great! We took an uber to Universal Studios, it was roughly an 8 minute ride. Drivers were readily available. The property was clean, well stocked, and cozy for a small family. We had a great trip and the host was responsive and pleasant.”

“The studio apartment is EXACTLY as pictured and in walking distance to so many places, including the marina, Shore Village, the outlets, beach, convention center, etc. The building is historic and has some charm. The only thing to be prepared for is the sound of cars racing by in the middle of the night because it's on the LB Grand Prix route, but if you're a city life kind of person, you should be fine. The owners are super considerate and provided ear plugs and eye masks. We thoroughly enjoyed...

“It's just a short walk to alamitos Beach (3-5 minutes). The place has everything you need for a family like ours. Dorothy was very nice and willing to accommodate our needs which included early check in.”

“The location was great. On-site parking was a huge plus. It’s listed as 2 bedroom and den but is essentially a three bedroom house. Lots of space. There was a pack-n-play in the upstairs closet which was a pleasant surprise. Friendly neighbors/felt very safe. A couple of small cleanliness issues and the front door lock needs to be repaired, but owner was aware/planning to fix. I’d definitely stay here again. ”

“Excellent location if you want to be close to the beach and easy walking distance to restaurants and shops in Manhattan Beach. The unit was clean and well appointed. Garage stall tight but valuable. AC unit in living room but bedrooms didn’t have great ventilation. Fortunately, ocean breezes and open windows kept things comfy. Communication with the host regarding bath towels and check in could have been improved. Some street noise/party noise at night, but overall a good value for my family.”

“Small but very cute and clean. Great place if you are in Hollywood to explore. Centrally located and views of the Hollywood sign from the building terrace. Our host was very responsive to our questions and needs. It was also great to have parking. Would definitely recommend!”
