“Staff are like family. They get to know you and your family. We had a wonderful stay. The hotel room was beautiful. The beach was private and was able to take so many photos around the hotel. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve eaten at. They will customize meals to your preference.”

“Hotel is very noisy, not sound proof. Breakfast is a joke, hardly anything to eat. Hallway has a damp, not so fresh smell and is not air-conditioned. Staff is nice and respond to requests. But property is dated and many of the local guests have no regards for others, yelling and being disturbingly loud at all hours of the day, especially during the early morning hours. No peace and quiet here, that’s for sure!”

“Overall is a good clean comfortable place very close to the beach and lots of cheap food and juice and spa right in front. Staffs are very helpful. Wifi is not excellent in some place. (I stayed at few different rooms so some room wifi is good while some is not). Overall, recommended! ”

“Fint hotel med god beliggenhed til stranden. Men ikke imødekommende personale som ej heller kan et ord engelsk. Der bliver ikke gjort rent med mindre du be’r om det og hver morgen stod der fyldte askebægre fra dagen før og lille stå der hele dagen medmindre man selv tømte dem for at kunne sidde ved bordene udenfor. Masser af personale i receptionen, men ville hellere sidde med sig selv og kigge på deres skærm eller telefon og havde absolut ikke øje for sine omgivelser. ”

“The woman on the reception is really nice and friendly, she cleaned our room daily. This hotel is okay option if you only need place to sleep, otherwise I really doubt you will enjoy it. ”

“Fantastic. Wonderful hotel, wonderful staff. Great breakfast. Brilliant amenities. Complementary foot massage, free airport shuttle bus service, complementary 2 round-trip cable car tickets per room, along with free water park admission for all staying guests. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. One downside, the Times Corner Sky Bar - Rooftop. Which is next door. They play music until 12 Midnight, and it can get quite loud. Especially if you’re staying in a room on the left side of the hotel....
