“😀”

“The receptionist was friendly and welcoming, and the facility is in an excellent location. However, I was disappointed with the condition of the room. It did not appear to be well maintained, with visible dirt and marks on the walls and inadequate lighting. Overall, the room fell short of my expectations and would benefit from better upkeep, cleaning, and some maintenance. With a few improvements, the facility could offer a much better guest experience.”
