“Agree with most of the previous reviews but would like to add a couple things we did. We had a family of ten 6 adults, 4 teenage kids. Working with Mary Diekers, the rental property manager, we employed a ten person van and driver to pick us up at the airport. Turns out he was also an excellent daily tour guide, setting up and driving us to zip line, ATV, horse back riding, and river cruise activities. “We really loved everything about the house. The views were absolutely amazing and the pool was the largest of any house we have rented. Any questions we had were answered immediatly. One very pleasant surprise was a welcome dinner and breakfast by a private chef at the house, both meals were amazing. Be aware Playa Negra is not Tamarindo meaning it is pretty remote. We went there for that reason.... super chill. Just dont expect a long list of restaurant or shopping options nearby.”

“The house is beautiful, clean and in a fantastic location overlooking Playa Negra. It is an easy walk to the beach and hotel restaurant with world class surfing plus yoga. You need a car to drive less than 5 minutes to get to amazing food and coffee too. Lots of space for a group of family and/or friends. ”
