We did have some significant issues with the address to the unit., which took us hours to find in the dark with no street signs and no cell service. “Our stay in Costa Rica was exactly what we hoped for. Everything was just like the reviews said, if anything even better. The condo had everything we needed and more. The onsite laundry with soap included was super convenient, and David even had ice ready for us in the freezer, which was such a nice touch. The staff went out of their way to assist us and we were loving this place UNTIL I received a call for the property manager (Estevan) about another person being concerned that my kids ages 11 and 7 were unattended at the pool which was not the case as their 17 year old brother and my wife I were watching them as well.
