“I highly recommend this condo- it is really nice, very well stocked and in a great location! I brought things from home that I never needed because of how well stocked it was with things like towels and paper. Products, there was even plenty of coffee and tea. It was wonderful. The owner is very responsive when we first got there we had an issue with the code for the front door and he called within minutes and fixed it remote and we got right in. “We had a great time here at Joes place! The condo has a gorgeous oceanfront view and the beach is well taken care of as well as the pool and swim up bar. I will say that it is recommended to rent a car as the resort that used to be Margaritaville is abandoned (bought by the Hyatt to be opened in 2028) so there isn’t a convenience store near by, so you will need a taxi or a rented car to get around. We had a great time and will definitely come back!”

“We have 3 generations of family members staying at this property and all of us thoroughly enjoy it. The condo has a great view of the ocean with nice, big, screened balcony. It has a nice small beach with chairs and you can walk to the beach front of other properties easily. The unit has very good ammenities and appliances. The location is very convenient to shops and restaurants. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to stay!”
