“Nice B&B. Our room (room 5) was nicely updated and very comfortable. The breakfast was good with pastries, bacon and eggs. Albracca is in a client location. 5 minutes from York beach areas and 15 minutes from Portsmouth downtown. ”

Comfortable bed that was just the right amount of support and a variety of pillows. Loved that there was a coffee and taco truck right out front but it has seasonal hours. “This is a new hotel and the staff, cleanliness and comfort were all wonderful. The only issue is the parking lot is very small and when we needed to park later in the evening it was an incredible challenge. They have a lot of compact car parking spots and not enough regular parking spots for guests so we were forced to park in a compact spot, as did many of the other guests who were there. “I can’t comment on the staff because their check-in just requires you to use your phone number to access the building and your room but the hotel was excellent. The rooms have no outside noise so if you’re a light sleeper, it’s the perfect spot. I got into Portsmouth long before my check-in time so I parked in a nearby garage which ended up costing the same amount that the hotel charges ($40/nt). You’re a block away from all the shops and restaurants and a short walk to Badger’s Island in Maine...
