“What a wonderful place! Very friendly service by Dole! Yummy home-made breakfasts! Quiet at night with quality beds and bedding! Sparkling clean bathroom. Huge bedrooms. Central location within 2 minutes walk to York Beach and Harbor. Host freely shared information about the surrounding area, including restaurants, beaches, parking, directions, etc. We absolutely enjoyed staying here, and over the years, we have stayed in many lodgings -- and this trumps them all! We intend to return!”

“We stayed in the king room with balcony and loved it! The room was HUGE! The balcony had an ocean view and we enjoyed every second of our stay. If the staff wasn’t at the desk they were there within seconds of pressing the bell to assist. Can’t wait to be back next year for our yearly trip to York!”

“The rooms are not modern, but they are clean and comfortable. Location, location, location. Shops and restaurants all within walking distance. (Although some shops only opened on the weekend after Labor Day). Beach is directly across the street. Heated pool was a plus. Planning to return next year. ”
