“No pudimos quedarnos en este hotel porque nadie nos comento que solo hay ciertos traslados a la isla en ciertos horarios. Nuestro vuelo llego y ya habia salido el ultimo barco y para el regreso no alcanzabamos nuestro avion. Total ni nos pudimos quedar y perdimos nuestro dinero. Muy mala experiencia.”

“Teníamos 2 habitaciones reservadas pagadas a precio de hotel exclusivo de 5 estrellas y no nos llevaron desde Cairns ya que nadie nos aviso que el último barco sale a las 13,30 h . Fuimos al día siguiente a pasar el día y el director del hotel fue antipático y muy poco resolutivo.Pasó de todo con prepotencia.No os gastéis el dinero en un hotel así. Además se mezclan los huéspedes del hotel con los miles de visitantes que van a pasar el día, con lo que hay nula exclusividad.”

“Since we arrive Cedric helped us out with the check in. We arrived late at night because of a delay flight. We were tired and Cedric made sure we had a smooth and fast check in so we could get to rest. He was friendly and nice. In the reception there was Avril, she was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. She helped us with all our tour booking, gave us recommendations, helped us with our transportation. “everything about this property was lovely. only thing, kids could find the gaming console (not that i minded lol) and the ad made it sound like the pool was just outside but infact its a small stroll down the road. still enjoyed our swim etc but was one of the deciding factors to stay here when we thought the pool was right there. But that's nothing major, everything else was as described and beds were comfy. would recommend :) ”

“A cosy home with clean, modern and fresh surroundings. Beautiful light streaming in from all windows which opened up to a cute cosy back yard and BBQ area with Webber complete with a small pool. Pool is in a great spot to supervise the younger kids too. Great sized kitchen with lots of cooking and eating facilities available. Generous sized bedrooms and 1 with a desk which was great for our year 12 daughter to study. Lounge area has a good sized couch that fit the whole family and smart TV was...
