“We loved everything about it! The house/property was amazing and everything provided (from fully functional kitchen, to beach toys to linens!). This is our 2nd time staying in this community and all the residents are always welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed rescuing Horseshoe Crabs every morning. The only things was we thought one room had a queen bed. Maybe some updates to descriptions and photos to to VRBO page :-) Thank you so much for sharing your home with us, and any feedback for us...

“Such a fantastic stay! We have stayed in Primehook and Broadkill for several year now and this is one of our favorite properties! It is clean, well-equipped with everything you could possibly need and seconds from the beach! We loved spending time on the deck enjoying the view. The host was very responsive without being intrusive and we were so pleased with our stay we will be booking again!”

“The location is amazing, such an easy walk to the beach - which is beautiful and very uncrowded! The pool area was perfect for our large family ranging from 1 to 77. So many pool floats and games. A ton of beach supplies too. Chairs and wagons and toys. Having the linens already on the beds and all towels and beach towels provided made things so easy. The kitchen is well stocked - even kids plates and bowls. The host was easy to get in touch with for any questions. I highly recommend this...

“My 12 year old and I enjoyed being close to the beach for 4th of July. We invited friends and it was a very comfortable stay for 4 - with beds to spare! Two full baths if you include the outdoor shower and 1/2 bath on first floor, which the kids used a lot. A clean and perfectly located house next to fine dining for grown ups and pizza and ice cream for the kids. Nice back porch with friendly neighbors. A great beach house and a very helpful host!”

“This house is a really nice hidden gem in a hidden gem town. The house is equipped with all that you need to have a great time on vacation. Bikes, beach chairs, corn hole, kids sand toys, well stocked kitchen. This place is a gem!”

“We stayed with our older kids and small dogs, this property was perfect. The dogs loved the fenced in side yard and I appreciated I could park my car and not move it all day. Walking distance to main attractions and about a 15-20 min walk to the beach. As others had said the driveway is very narrow and with parking on both sides of the street I could not get my Grand Cherokee L into the driveway. But it was never an issue because there is ample parking on the street. ”
