“Place was clean, but that is about it. amenites advertized were not accessible, thye double charges us: charges us for the stay as well as what we paid, then accused of stealing a table, leaving "poop" behind, (which we did not do either charges us $400.00 additional cleaning) charges us for a key that was returned, and we were there for less than 4 days...”

“the place is beautiful. the bedrooms are big, clean place overall. the ambiance and energy it gave was 10/10. would go back again. when we were checking in we got kind of lost but nonetheless it was okay. the owner was kind enough to give us a bottle of wine for sunset. ”

“Karen was a great host, very responsive to communication. Great location for everything we needed to do while in town. The space was clean, bed was comfy. Was great to have a full size fridge and stove/oven. Will definitely come back on our next trip! ”

“We booked this property to stay in while visiting relatives in Oakland. It's a cute studio surrounded by beautiful trees up in the hills. Some people may find the location difficult to find at first, especially in the dark, but once you do, it's easy to return. The street parking was fine - we just used the cones the owner left to designate the spot. The neighborhood is very quiet, without a lot of light pollution at night. This property is on a hillside, so you have to go down some steep...
