“Me and my family stayed 4 nights in this home and we were very satisfied. The home met everyone of our needs. It was clean, comfortable, and showed pride of ownership. It has beautiful hardwood floors and a modern kitchen that was well stocked. The location was great and was a short drive to Berkeley where we have family. I recommend this home and would definitely stay here again. ”

“Large, quiet space with high ceilings and tons of natural light. Great appliances and clean home. The only thing to note is that the third bedroom has to walk through another bedroom to use the bathroom. So this is a good place for a family but not work colleagues. ”

“House needed a few things. Kleenex and a kitchen sponge. It was great other than those items. So 9 and a 1/2 out of 10.”

“Preparation arrangements were very efficient, communication with the property owner was excellent, and the personal tour of the property upon check-in was very special. Otherwise, it was very comfortable, very clean, modern conveniences, and everything worked like a champ. Would definitely consider for future rental.”

“The view is amazing. The house is clean and quiet and equipped with all you need. We had a wonderful stay. It was a perfect place for what we needed but would be a challenge for someone with mobility issues or a driver uncomfortable with a narrow and steep driveway.”
