“This house was perfect for my family of five. We came up to visit nearby family and this house was down the same street from them. The backyard was so spacious and a great space to stretch out and play. The owners were so sweet and accommodating- we were traveling with a 2 year old and asked if there was a highchair or pack n play available for the stay. There wasn't, but, the owners went out and acquired both for our stay. I was blown away! That helped so much so we did not have to pack them...

“The manager was very responsive. We would rent again if we are in the area.”

“Property was very clean and exactly as pictured. Host was quick to respond. Beds super comfortable. Would stay here again.”

“I’ve been to 3rd world countries that are safer and cleaner than Oakland. With that being said, this property is located in the epicenter of Oakland’s homeless, drug, and violence problem. During our stay, we experienced the worst of it; vagrants and homeless encampments just steps away from the subdivision, and to top it all off, an active shooting. It also didn’t help that the property wasn’t properly sanitized and had leftover/open bottles of alcohol left in the fridge. When we complained,...

“Wonderful stay. The property was better than the pictures. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and helpful host. Would definitely stay here again!”

“We had a great stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The 3 bedrooms and 2 baths gave us plenty of space and the home felt modern and well maintained. The location was also really convenient for getting around the Bay Area with easy access to Walnut Creek and day trips toward Napa and San Francisco. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable, check in was easy. Host was very communicative as well. Overall ... we really enjoyed our stay and would...

“Great location, easy access to freeways and shopping. The dedicated parking was appreciated because the street parking was limited. Only suggestion for the residence would be to include more comforts such as bathroom mats (slippery floor) and some area rugs in the bedrooms Also hand towels and extra blankets would have been welcome. The toilet paper holder was broken but just a minor inconvenience. A coffee brew pot would make mornings better as well instead of having to go out to get coffee....

“The central heating and cooling was easy to operate and made the house very comfortable. Rooms were generally clean, except for some stains on a comforter and on a towel. Bathrooms were nicely remodeled. It actually has three rooms instead of two as listed. Would be nice to have different types of pillows as they were all too high/thick for me. It’s a quiet neighborhood. Would be nice to know ahead of time when the landscape maintenance guy was coming. Check in and check out were very easy, and...
