“This place is decent. We stay a lot. My only complaint is the sofa is fairly uncomfortable. We've stayed in many units but it's always the same. I realize a lot people come and go and it's also a timeshare, but we stay at places all over northern nh and most of them have very comfortable furniture for 200.00 a night. It's centrally located between the lakes and mountains, is close to grocery stores and restaurants. It's in a residential area so it's quiet. The people that work there are great....

“We really enjoyed our stay at the lake house. It was great that we could walk across the street to the beach and enjoy the amenities of the Akwa Marina and Beach Club. The house was set up well and had AC throughout. We would definitely stay there again as it had a New England rustic charm.”

“Friends and I booked the house for the weekend. We went to see Hank Williams Jr at the pavilion 3 miles down the road. Great location to wander around and enjoy! House was very clean had everything we needed. The only bad thing was we wanted a ride to the show so we wouldn't have to worry about driving. It was a busy night for rides understandably but it seemed the Uber/Lift/Taxi companies are definitely struggling out there. Took us over an hour to finally get a taxi ride there... 3 miles= $70...

“My son and I had a great time. Great location. House boat was a neat experience. The bathrooms were well cared for. I did want to add that Gunner was amazing! Not only did he assist me and answer all my questions I noticed he really works very hard taking care of the property. I witnessed him every day assisting the boaters, raking the beach, taking care of the garbage, check the pool skimmers, keeping the fast boats away from the docks, etc. He rarely stopped moving all day. “Enjoyed the quiet and peaceful time near the lake . The place is perfect for that destress ing time needed, sitting on the deck or relaxing on the beech only feet from the place it can not be beat. Plan on comming back many more times.”

“This cabin had ample room for 4 couples. Bedrooms were adequate, the common areas spacious. (The entire house was super clean and all appliances nearly new.) However, we spent most of our time outdoors enjoying the wonderful location overlooking the lake! The deck was perfect for meals, down by the dock fun for "happy hour", and the fire pit perfect for afternoon reading and evening fires. We enjoyed the kayaks and rowboat provided. The house is huge, clean, provides every amenity imaginable and the deck and waterfront setting was ideal for a family gathering. “Overall, great place to stay. Kitchen/living room area is really small/tight for the amount of people the space can hold. Really liked the little fireplace. Laundry on site was nice. The not bad but not great: The pool was supposed to be open until the end of Sept according to the listing but it was already closed by Sept 27 and host didn't let us know. Was a bummer for the kids.
