The home was clean and check-in was straightforward, which we appreciated.However, overall the stay did not feel like a good value for the price. After fees, the nightly cost was significantly higher than expected, and some charges, including the pet fee, were not clearly communicated upfront.While the property was clean, it did not feel particularly comfortable. The king-size bed was very soft and lacked support, which made it difficult to sleep well. The rooms are also quite small, making the space feel cramped.The checkout process was also more involved than anticipated. Guests are required to take trash to a community disposal area and clean out the fireplace. Given the added cleaning fee, this felt excessive.Overall, while the home met basic expectations for cleanliness, the pricing, comfort, and checkout requirements did not align with what we expected for the cost. Greater transparency and a more guest-friendly experience would make a noticeable difference.
