I warn any future guests that this place looks much nicer from afar than in usage. I was impressed with the listing and at first arrival; the location is undeniably great for Camelback or to be in a nice neighborhood close to the lake. However, I wanted to book for the indoor hot tub and spa/game room which is heavily featured on this listing. Essentially, the entire downstairs (including the hot tub, spa room, and game room) was unusable the entire weekend because of a horrible, bacterial stench coming from the hot tub and that permeated throughout the basement. When I alerted the host of my check in, they told me to turn on the hot tub but to my surprise it was already on which is how I must assume the smell came about. I communicated timely and clearly with the host (confirmed retroactively by Vrbo support), but host was unable to send a cleaner until after we left for the weekend. This was a huge impact on our stay, and we asked the host for remedial compensation to which they said they would likely consider, but after we left they said that the smell was from the chemicals they used to clean... totally insulting to any adult with a nose and a brain (the smell difference between sterile chemicals and bacteria is obvious). We did them a courtesy in avoiding Vrbo support to work it out with him directly, but this hurt us in the end because Vrbo can't help after the stay is over. Not even mentioning the Temu furniture falling apart mid-usage. I rec. booking with caution.
