“The property boasts an excellent location, with a stunning view from the main bedroom. However, it's important to note that the vacant lot in front has recently been sold, and there are plans in the works for a new house to be built soon (Neighbor told me).While the apartment seems to have undergone renovations after significant damage, the fixes appeared somewhat rushed. The listing photos appeared edited, and upon arrival, I noticed that the sheets in the main bedroom were worn and pilled....

Additionally, there is a large gap under the door that lead into the lobby of the home. I had to shove bags under it to try to create some kind of seal. I slept in my clothes because the room was so cold and there were no additional blankets. I never heard back from the host, so the next day I called. I left a message with an answering service.
