“Good location for walking to the main strip and lots of options for restaurants. The patio view is of the back of property so you’re looking at the parking lot and tennis courts. Unfortunately the downstairs tenants smoked outside. That smoke was drifting up into the condo having the sliding door open. ”

There was a useful binder filled with all sorts of information and it was helpful with finding a local market.
