“Mari was very responsive. The studio apartment was very clean, cute and inviting. The location for us was excellent as it was in close proximity to family and the venues for planned events. It had all the travel essentials of a hotel such as shampoo, conditioner, lotion towels, linens plus a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, coffee maker and coffee supplies. “Mostly a good stay. Good beds, good bathrooms and the kitchen was well attended. What missed was one, communication. The property changed over just before we went and we didn't receive proper check in instructions. I'm sure this is going to be better moving forward. No instructions when arriving for wifi or anything else either though but the primary issue was the back yard fence. We booked this due to having dogs but there were so many holes in the fence we couldn't really let them back there...

“Great place to stay for the money The place was clean and comfortable . Great for a couple staying in the area ! Parking at night was ok when I arrived . Easy access to I4 from here there was just a few turns . There is a sitting area out back once you come through the gate but I didn’t use it. I give the property a 7 out of 10 which is good value and cleanliness. ”

We did report the following with the property management company: the dishwasher did not clean after several tries so we hand washed which is no big deal, several pots need replacing (Teflon coated and too scratched to use), the house could use some general interior updates and painting (walls very scuffed, baseboards beat up from vacuuming or something else), the glass coffee table needs replacing as it’s missing parts to keep it...
