Villa 'Panada' with Private Pool, Wi-Fi, and Air Conditioning

Villa Can Panada is located on the road connecting the town of Pollensa with its port, known as Puerto de Pollensa. It is a rustic-style house distributed over two floors, although only the ground floor is available for rent. The house is very close to a supermarket and the main road that connects Pollença with Puerto de Pollença. You access the property from the parking area, with the main entrance situated at the rear. Upon entering, you arrive directly in a living/dining room decorated with traditional and modern touches, equipped with a large TV. To the left is a double bedroom. There is also a small hallway leading to the other bedrooms and the bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning. The kitchen, accessible from the terrace, is fully equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove, electric oven, and microwave. The house also features a spacious barbecue area, equipped with a fireplace, wood oven, and sink. Outside, you will find a swimming pool, a full bathroom, and a laundry area. The tourist tax is not included and must be paid separately.
