Ca na Jero is a very quiet and private house, surrounded by high hedges and lovely open country views towards the Puig Maria mountain. It has a family friendly garden with plenty of lawns and space for relaxing or children’s play.
The house is comfortable and welcoming, with beamed ceilings, terracotta tiled floors and dark wood furniture but it is also light and modern with white walls and neutral colours.
The lounge and dining room is light and bright with arched windows, it has two sofas, a wood burning stove, satellite tv, dvd and cd stereo. There is a large and square kitchen with white units and a circular dining table and chairs. In this area there is a mezzanine reading area that can be closed off from children with a safety gate.
The three bedrooms are at the back of the house, all with air conditioning and lovely views to the garden; there is a master double bedroom with en suite shower room, a twin bedroom with en suite shower room and a twin bedroom with a separate bathroom with tub and shower.
Outside the villa has a great garden with lots of lawn space, a long rectangular pool and a separate covered terrace with a barbeque and dining area. Another long covered terrace with a table- tennis table runs along the back of the house overlooking the garden and pool. There is also an extra pool-bathroom with a shower and a wc.
