    Les Oliveres Antonia es una finca de estilo tradicional mallorquín construida en piedra, situada entre Pollença y Puerto Pollensa. Está ubicada a pocos minutos en coche de ambos núcleos, con acceso rápido a playas, supermercados, restaurantes y servicios. También se encuentra cerca de Cala San Vicente y Alcudia.

    La propiedad se distribuye en dos plantas y dispone de cinco dormitorios. En la planta baja hay cuatro habitaciones: una con cama doble y baño en suite, y tres con camas individuales que comparten un baño completo y un aseo adicional. En la planta superior se encuentra el dormitorio principal, equipado con cama king size, vestidor, baño en suite con ducha y salida a un balcón con vistas al entorno.

    La vivienda incluye un salón comedor amplio con acceso directo a la terraza, piscina y zona de barbacoa. La cocina está totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos y menaje. Hay aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, con funcionamiento programado entre las 20:00 h y las 9:00 h conforme a la normativa local de eficiencia energética.

    En el exterior, la finca cuenta con jardines, piscina privada, terraza amueblada, barbacoa y aparcamiento privado. La conexión Wi-Fi está disponible en toda la casa. La capacidad máxima es de 10 personas.

Good morning, dear Sunvillas team, the accommodation was perfect for our training camp. We were able to check in early and even met the owners briefly. The bike rental shop and the Lidl were very close by, so we were able to go on a bike ride on the first day. After our rides, the villa offered the perfect place to relax and recharge. I have just one suggestion, since I’m a passionate cook: it would be nice to have a few more large pots for 10 people. We were so impressed with the villa that we’re considering repeating this trip instead of staying at a hotel. Best regards, Dennis Czech

We loved our stay in the villa and the team were very helpful if we needed anything. Some constructive feedback for the owners: - Worth checking all lights work - two of the outside lights were missing bulbs and one of the pool lights was out - The WiFi doesn’t reach the bedrooms - worth considering getting an extender - The mattresses are pretty low quality. For the price, it may be worth considering an upgrade for additional comfort. - The pool should be better maintained. The tiles are stained and rough to the touch and could do with a strong clean. Also consider having the pool cleaner visit at least once during a one week stay to top up chlorine - especially as jets weren’t working

Family vaccation

This was a perfect place for our family. The outdoor space was so nice. The pool was big enough for the 8 of us. We also enjoyed that we could barbecue. The kitchen had everything we could ever need. Over all we had a perfect 2 weeks in this house. Jist wished that we could have stayed longer.

Delightful Villa

Large, very well appointed, excellent facilities, comfortable outside seating always in the shade, plenty of sunbeds, sun shades and very good towels for pool which was large and very clean. Very quiet with great outlook. Large kitchen inc Nespresso Coffee machine. Modern bathrooms. All round great villa.

Incredible property - inside and out!

We’ve loved our time here. For the first time we’ve managed to find a property that fits 10 people - inside and out! Very spacious house, very well equipped and furnished. We had a couple of small issues (boiler stopped working, pool was a bit cloudy) and when we contacted Josep, they were sorted within the hour. Very good service. We were also allowed to stay a few hours later after checkout time as our flight was later in the evening which was hugely appreciated. We loved it here and can’t wait to come back!

Lovely Finca Oliveiras/ Villa Ca’n Suau

The villa is on an olive tree/almond tree estate. The estate and the background with a beautiful Mountain View are absolutely breathtaking . The pool is large and fantastic. The location is super private and the house spacious clean and well equipped. The pictures represent the villa very well. If you like the real Mallorca feel this is exactly the place to stay. Josep is extremely helpful and responds quickly. We can certainly recommend this villa. Johannes and Leena with family

A fantastic property, excellent views and privacy! You will need a car but it’s a short drive from beaches, supermarkets and town.A few bits that need fixing for the price we paid including missing pool tiles, no welcome pack, lighting in the garden at night and many wasps around the pool (these wasps were actually not aggressive in the slightest!)Communication from Josep was fantastic and pretty much instant at all times!We had a brilliant stay and if the few minor issues were fixed, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again! Thank you Josep.
