"Comida repetitiva, en una semana no ha habido ensalada ni verdura ni potajes. Recogían las cosas a partir de las 19:45 teniendo la última hora de entrada a las 21. No hemos visto ninguna comida temática, a las 20 no quedaba nada. Situación buena y detalle de bienvenida también. El spa no funcionaba el jacuzzi"

"En general la estancia ha sido buena, aunque pude mejorar, sobre todo en la limpieza de cristales. También puede mejorar la calidad de la comida que, aunque es correcta, podría tener mejor presentación. Lo mejor ha sido la atención del personal, aunque en el comedor en la cena el precio de las bebidas era completamente desproporcionado (las bebidas no entraban en el buffet contratado en Expedia). Por suerte, uno de los empleados nos ofreció agua del grifo sin coste. Una cerveza de 50cl costaba 7€. Una botella de agua filtrada de 75cl, 5€. Ha sido algo que me parece que deberían de corregir con urgencia."

"Very nice hotel, great location. Service and food are good, but not at the level of a 5 star hotel. Especially at the Trapiche restaurant on the terrace, service was very slow and the staff not very professional, as they spent more time talking to each other in the corner than paying attention to the guests (it felt to a certain extent that they were not permanent staff or that they were training?). The Spa and the staff in the spa were top notch. As for the room, it was very nice but I did not realise it was one of those new design rooms where the shower is in the room and has no doors. While this was not a problem for me as I was on my own, the issue was not having a door, as the whole room got humid from the steam of the hot water and I could hear the water dropping at night after taking a shower. Could also hear my next door neighbours shower in the morning, which woke me up a couple of times. Also strange was the fact that to get to the indoor swimming pool, you had to walk outdoors in the terrace (not the case if you paid extra to use the spa facilities). So not great for a rainy day or when it's not too hot. Felt like the indoor pool was an after-thought in the hotel design. Overall, nice hotel but not necessarily as great quality as I was expecting from a 5 star."
