Lina was incredibly gracious and amazing to work with from start to finish. The property is absolutely beautiful, both inside and out. The ocean access and views were perfect, and we couldn’t have asked for a better setting for our Thanksgiving getaway. We had three generations together, and everyone had a wonderful experience.We’d love to come back. Thank you, Lina!

I have never stayed in a beach house SO CLOSE to the waves! Incredible! Was virtually a private beach in early October, while the water was still warm. Loved it!

This is a fantastic home and a great location. We had multi-generational family vacation stay here and the layout worked well for old and young. The layout of the living room kitchen was great for visiting. The outside area and the beach were top notch. Check In was easy and the interactions with the host were excellent. This is a wonderful home to stay in and we will absolutely be looking to book again next time we are in the area.

I have been renting homes in PVB area for over twenty years and Wind Surfer is the best home I have ever rented. Exceptionally well stocked pantry and kitchen. Cabinets labeled with utensils inside, etc. My family of six adults and four teenage children had more than enough room to sleep, read in privacy etc. In fact two teenage grandchildren each had a queen size bed for themselves while the other two shared a bunk bed. Three adult couples each had their own king sized bed and rooms. We did not need baby necessitates (crib, high chair, etc.) but they are available. Host Lina was quick to respond and helpful when we had difficulty finding things or using appliances like the induction range. Lots of exercise equipment was ava9ilable for our use. There is a roof top platform with benches that we used to watch a NASA rocket launch and to view stars at night. Very easy access to the beautiful beach. We hope to be able to rent this home again in future years. I would give this property ten stars if I could. Walter D., Capt, USN, Retired.

Beautiful home

Family trip of 6 adults and 4 small children. Plenty of space for everyone. House flows so well it made it very easy to manage the whole group. Beach was right there and so easy to access back and forth with little ones. Lina was delightful to work with and answered any questions we had promptly!Wonderful home, wonderful hosts. Highly recommend this spot!

Family Vacation

Last year we made the decision to schedule a family beach vacation. Since our daughter and her family had recently moved to Tampa, we all agreed to meet in Florida. A close family friend recommended that we consider the Ponte Verda Beach area. Luckily, this home was available and it was perfect for our 6 adult, 3 kids (under 6 yrs) family. Beautiful home, 4400 (sq ft) located right on the beach. Very clean, comfortable beds and loaded with top line amenities. Lots of toys to keep both the adults and kids happy. Also need to mention our host Lina, who was always available to answer questions and make recommendations. She was truly interested in making our stay a wonderful experience. We highly recommend this property to folks wanting to enjoy a great beach vacation. Our family is in total agreement that our clan will be returning to this property in the near future!

Beautiful Home and Beach

The home was absolutely amazing and only steps from the beach. It was perfect for our family vacation. The home had lots of space and very nicely furnished. Lina was the best hostess! She has definitely thought of all the amenities from beach tents, boogie boards to the well stocked kitchen and the grill. Can’t wait to stay again next year!

Family beach week

Beautiful and comfortable home that includes everything needed for a great family beach vacation. Beach is just about perfect and only steps away from the patio. Lina is a most welcoming and informative host, always accessible and responsive to any need or concern. A great beach experience!

The property was in excellent condition, clean and perfect to accomodate our family of 10, ages 8 to 70. The beach was awesome and convenient to everything we needed for out stay. We would stay here again when we return to St Augustine in the future.

Perfect house for our family!

This was a great space for our multi-generation beach week! My parents (late 70's), my sister and I, both our husbands, and our 5 kids ages 15-24, all enjoyed our week away. The beach was beautiful, the outdoor patio/grass/"backyard" was a nice option for people to experience the beach, and watch what all the kids, without always having to go down in the sand. We ate most of our meals in - the grill and well stocked kitchen were very helpful for this. Local seafood markets offered fresh shrimp and seafood for grilling. Thank you for your hospitality!

Retirement/65th birthday celebration

Such a great house. Had everything that we needed. From cooking to beach chairs/tables. Everything was labeled which is always a plus. Location was great for what we wanted. We have stayed at multiple VRBO locations and nobody was as accommodating and quick to respond to any texts or emails that were sent! That was so appreciated! Would definitely stay again and one of the couples that were with us are thinking about renting this house next summer for their family vacation!

Family Spring Break

Our group consisted of grandparents and two families. The house is spacious and had everything that we needed (and more)! The fact that the beach is steps away made the stay perfection. The house is removed from crowds but easily accessible to restaurants, Publix, and ICE CREAM! Short drive to Old St. Augustine. Lina was an amazing host! She communicated regularly and sent a welcoming gift which was so kind! We will likely be back. Thank you!!!

Spacious property with ocean in the backyard

Our family of eight really enjoyed our Spring Break in this property. The house is huge with plenty of room for everyone. There are multiple rooms with king size beds in it.The ocean is in the backyard and we absolutely loved that as we had small children and they could nap while the parents could still enjoy the beach. There were two tents for the beach and plenty of beach chairs available, which I really appreciated. The host was great, very responsive and easy to communicate. St. Augustine is just minutes away which is great for non-beach activities. The sound for TV in the family room/kitchen really needs to be fixed though. The TV somehow plays in full volume in the bedroom behind the family room. It felt as if the TV speakers were placed right into that bedroom. We could not watch the TV in the family room in the evenings, so that we wouldn’t disturb the toddler sleeping in the adjacent bedroom. Also, the kitchen could be better stocked. There was a lot of random stuff available, but it was really unorganized and felt like noone checked that everything is there. I think it would be better to just have fewer quality and better organized kitchen items. Some things that we found missing are baking sheets, and teaspoons. There were teaspoons, but as mentioned, very random plastic/glass teaspoons that usually come with souvenir cups. There also weren’t normal size coffee mugs for 12 people. Overall, this was a great stay though and we would happily return here again.

BEST VACATION EVER!!!

My family and I have stayed at many different places over the years for our annual vacation and this home is by far the best we have had!! No exaggeration this home is luxurious, it had everything you need and more. The marine life was abundant and the beach was stellar for swimming and taking long walks to find shells and shark teeth. If you are not completely satisfied with this home you wont be happy anywhere. Ms. Lina was prompt with answers and even checked on us to make sure we were enjoying ourselves! I highly recommend booking this place, the only downfall is it made it hard to return to our house!!

Unbeatable Beachfront Experience

I cannot imagine a better place to stay in the area. This house was amazing and had everything our group needed. The beach access is unmatched and we ended up basically having the beach to ourselves the whole trip. Lina and Larry were extremely helpful throughout the process leading up to check-in and during our stay. I cannot recommend a stay at this place enough. It is truly perfect.
