Best stay ever

The house had anything you could need (beach toys,towels, cookware & dog accessories). The beds were great. We had no issues at all & would stay again!

Awesome View and Great Location

The house has an amazing view and is in a great location between Jacksonville and St Augustine. The beach was great and only saw a handful of people the entire week. Bedrooms were roomy and house was well stocked. We enjoyed our stay.

A wonderful beach week

The house was perfect. The location was perfect. Very private and friendly beach. Perfect for dogs. The fencing around the property allows dogs freedom to roam outside and they even have an area for them to potty. Kids loved it and had great memories.

Fabulous

The house has EVERYTHING you need & there are so many beds! The only thing I would advise people of before hand is that there is no cell service. You will need to connect to the WiFi to be able to make calls etc., but once you do that you’ll be good. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great For Groups

Great for groups and bringing a dog. The porches all have gates that can close off so your dog can hangout while you’re grilling! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It was more equipped than any other rental we have stayed in.

Perfect beach house to get away.

All you need is flip flops and a bathing suit. This house has everything from board games, tons of beach toys, chairs, boards etc. The owners of this house really put the effort in making making sure nothing was missed. We had miles of beach to ourselves, very private which made our stay a 5 star. We will be back to rebook soon.

We were a family of10 with a 3-year-old and a 17 month old staying on this property. The house was more than adequate space for our family. There were plenty of bedrooms for all of us. The upstairs room with the bunk beds was full of toys and games for the kids, unfortunately, we did not find them until the very last day. If we would have found them earlier that would have been great, but it is very well stocked for families and children. The house is pet friendly, so we were able to have our dog, which was nice and there is a side yard for the dog to use when going out. The house is right on the beach and it was a lovely location, beautiful home. Lots of space for all of us. The house was also well stocked with linens and kitchen. Essentials period

Absolute perfection

Could not ask for a better beach rental, absolutely nothing has not been thought of. Kitchen had anything you could need including spices and tupperware. Plenty of towels in all bathrooms, beach towels and dog towels. Outside shower and hose, with outside access to garage with bathroom, and tons of beach toys and games. Two refrigerators, 2 sets of washer/dryer, fans, plug ins, board games, labels and instructions on everything. Every room had a view and balcony, and your steps from the beach. And if you bring your dogs they have an amazing setup, all gates are sturdy and functioning, outside potty area, plenty of fenced in secured deck areas, and they have special treats, towels, bowls for our furry friends. Wish we could've stayed longer. Absolute perfection!

Great house and management

We are retired and have taken a beach vacation every summer; with our kids at first, then kids and grandkids, now with my siblings and friends. In 40 years this was one of the best. The property is steps from the beach, accurately described. The kitchen has everything, and there is lots of beach stuff in the garage. There is no second row of houses and limited public access, so the beach is sparsely populated. It faces east, so you can see the sunrise, and later the deck is shaded by the house during the hottest part of the day. St. Augustine is 15 to 20 minutes away with plenty of restaurants, the airport is 52 minutes away. Tastefully decorated, and the departure instructions consist of "Lock the doors, we'll take care of the rest". Beach was great, water was warm, no bugs, and we enjoyed the tides. The speed limit on the road outside the house is 55mph, and spotting the house at that speed can be challenging. Just slow down when google tells you that you are close. Fees are included in the VRBO listing, but taxes are not and they are substantial, so check it out.Thank you for sharing your home, we look forward to coming again!

Wonderful Vacation Property

My family had a nice little family vacation with the beach mostly to ourselves. My elderly dad can’t walk far or upstairs and this property was a rare find with a ground floor housing the master bedroom and the kitchen/living area. The deck allowed him to sit outside and watch the rest of the family on the beach. The walk to the beach wasn’t feasible for him because of the dunes but that’s no fault of the owners. The home was stocked with everything you could think of or need which was very nice. We took our golden doodle and the set up for a dog was ideal BUT the area mentioned to the side of the house for the dog, was very overgrown and needed mowed. It was not really useable for us. That was the only flaw we saw,and was probably just an oversight by their groundskeeper. I will definitely try to book this home again, just wish it was a Saturday -Saturday week rental.

Everything you want!

The process was was all completed online. When we did need questions answered, sent and email to David and Daphne and we would a receive a response quickly. We liked the organized manner of the house. The chairs on the deck were great! We rent a beach house every other year in the area. This house was the best stocked home we have rented.
