  • "Last Flight Out" fue recientemente construido en 2016 con los últimos estándares de construcción frente a la playa, dando la bienvenida a los visitantes a esta comunidad de playa de belleza única en el extremo sur del condado de Mathews.

Great beachfront property with clean rooms, easy access to the beach, and close proximity to the New Point Comfort light house. I would highly recommend this property for future renters looking for a private beach getaway. I will rent again.

Excellent Stay!

Our stay was phenomenal! It was a much needed weekend away in somewhat of a bubble. Quiet, relaxing, divine views, ease of access, and a clean property made the trip an absolute 1. We will be coming back!

The house looked exactly like the pictures—if not even better. It was quiet, very clean, and the view was breathtaking. Brandon was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We are a family of five, including two teenagers and one senior, and everyone truly enjoyed the time we spent at this property. We will definitely return to this house, and I have already shared it with my friends and coworkers.

Another wonderful visit

We returned to this fabulous house and enjoyed another relaxing visit. The house, the waves, the view were all perfect. The fall colors were a real treat. Thank you Brandon for providing such a well stocked, clean and cozy home!

Amazing views and great swimming

Stayed for 3 days- the views were absolutely amazing (sunrise and sunset). All the neighbors we very friendly. Town was a short drive away with some great food. Will absolutely be returning.

Another great stay

This was our third stay at this property and my kids continue to love it. My boys spent days catching minnows and various crabs and playing in the shallow water. We also love the short walk to the nature preserve. Great property.

Great Getaway

Home was very clean and has fantastic views of the bay! We walked to within a couple hundred yards of New Point Comfort lighthouse. Our favorite restaurant was Richardson’s. Highly recommend that his home for a private getaway!

wonderful property and home....beautiful quiet beach....once the bay settled down (due to weather) the water was fantastic. host is super quick to respond to any questions, etc and was very accommodating. highly recommend!

Exceptional Rental

Beautiful and relaxing location on Chesapeake bay. The position of the home on the beach provides the feeling of being directly on the water. The views from the deck were exceptional. The owner of the property was very responsive and provided excellent customer service. We will definitely rent this property again.

Excellent Beach House for Getaway

I have rented this property multiple times and have never been disappointed. The location on the beach is beautiful and the home is comfortable with a large deck overlooking the Chesapeake Bay. The host is excellent to deal with and very quick responding. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to get away to a quiet place on the beach.

Perfect - again!

This was our 5th stay - as always, the house was immaculate when we arrived and fully stocked with household items. This cozy house is the perfect size for our mother-daughter getaways and is unmatched for views of the bay and the soothing sounds of the tide. We spent hours reading and putting together puzzles - our ideal vacation! Brandon is a fantastic host - can’t wait to come back.

Great spot

This was our second stay at the property and had another great long weekend. Property is good for kids…Sandy beach, shallow water and kid friendly paddle boards and toys. The house has plenty of shade under the house and the deck is awesome for meals and sunrises. We also enjoyed walks down to the nature preserve and short drives to dinner in Mathew’s and Gwynn’s Island.

Great beach retreat

This beach house was perfect for our family getaway. The beach was private. The water was warm and shallow enough to relax and not fight strong waves. The house offered great shade for playing in the sand. The outdoor shower was great at the end of a day of play.The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked.The hosts were very responsive and have done an excellent job ensuring the comfort of their guests. We are already talking about another visit.

Beautiful and Relaxing Beach House

I have rented this property multiple times and will continue to do so. The rental is well maintained and its location on the Chesapeake Bay provides relaxing views and its close proximity to the shoreline feels like you are on a boat with the waves breaking below. The communication with the owner is straighforward and timely. I continue to enjoy this rental experience and look forward to renting again in the near future. AMAZING!!!

First a big thank you to Brandon. He is nothing short of super host and I cannot thank him enough! This place is just perfect. Small, but enough room for everything I needed. Everything was clean and I didn't want for a thing because it was all there. The water was perfect for swimming and trying to paddle board. We had a wonderful time and I can't wait to come back. Next time I will still longer.

Our week's stay here was wonderful and it was easy to communicate with our host. The website's description is very accurate in every way. The tastefully decorated cottage, comfortable beds and the very nice kitchen were perfect for us. We loved the spacious deck and comfortable lawn furniture. The covered downstairs area on the beach and outside shower was so convenient. The sunsets, the sound of the waves and even a rainbow made our time extra special. Great location and beautiful views

The house was exactly as pictured with views of the bay from every inch of the place. The deck was a lovely place to eat, and the hammock under the house was my preferred place to work on my writing. I was able to enjoy the kayak when the bay was calm and kayaked alongside dolphins one evening. The host was always available to answer a question or provide some help. Honestly, I didn’t explore anything but the shoreline this trip because the house was enough for what I needed. Can’t wait to come back!
