“Cute little rooms backed off the hwy so quiet also. If the had quicker communication between Vacsa and the off site manager things would be smoother. We had a bathroom issue that seemed to take a long time to work out while we are trying to leave for son's wedding But these cute little rooms are comfortable, clean and have extra towels!! “I booked this room in the woods to get away from technology, disruptions, obligations, and people. The website said it was confirmed and I thought I was done. I was then contacted repeatedly by email and text with conflicting messages about whether it was confirmed. They said I had to end a selfie or they'd cancel my reservation. I had to pull over on the way to my getaway to read through terms and conditions about what 3rd parties they may send my selfie to and why. I finally told them I'm not...

“We loved how quiet everything was. Full fridge, cozy chair and bed. They have books of the park and a guidebook for campgrounds at several other National parks. There is an amazing coffee stand out front, although, they also provide coffee in the room a well. The bathroom is fairly small though, so if you shop in the big and tall section it might be a bit of a squeeze! We would definitely stay again.”

“Nothing! Did not receive an email with access code. We didn’t know there was no check in desk. Arrived at 4:30 . Did not get into our unit until 7:00. Rest of the time on hold. Finally able to connect with someone on line. Very bad experience 😖😡”

“Muy limpio y tranquilo. Cuenta con muchas amenidades (cafetera, estufa, etc.) sin embargo sería recomendable que agregaran instrucciones básicas de uso ya que no todos somos tan intuitivos para el manejo de algunos aparatos electrónicos. Tambien tuve algunos inconvenientes para accesar a la habitación ya que el código de acceso no funcionaba y aunque las fallas en los acceso es algo que puede ocurrir paso mucho tiempo para que me resolvieran. ”

“Spacious ground-floor apartment in hosts’ residence with modern, high end amenities and private entrance and spacious private garden in residential neighborhood. Was ideal for our week-long stay visiting nearby family. The host greeted us when we arrived and was fully attentive to our questions and needs, yet non-intrusive. We look forward to rebooking this stay on our next visit to this region. ”
