“I was surprised to see how spacious and fresh the room was. We had two queens with a large TV in the bedroom. The kitchenette area has a table with four chairs, apt size fridge, and coffee maker with coffee pods. Everything was spotless and new. I highly recommend this place.”

“Omid was very responsive and communicative. The apartment was absolutely immaculate. The linens, bedding, kitchen amenities are all high quality. I was very impressed all the way around. The cost is a great value and far cheaper than local hotels and much nicer. I will definitely stay again the next time work or play requires me to overnight in the Lynnwood area.”

“Crumbs and dog hair all over carpet. Upstairs tenant was extremely loud the whole entire 48 hrs of my stay. Blew cigarette smoke at us every time we came in the front entrance while he was outside smoking. Not an accurate description or photos, don’t waste your money.”

Cuenta con muchas amenidades (cafetera, estufa, etc.) sin embargo sería recomendable que agregaran instrucciones básicas de uso ya que no todos somos tan intuitivos para el manejo de algunos aparatos electrónicos. Tambien tuve algunos inconvenientes para accesar a la habitación ya que el código de acceso no funcionaba y aunque las fallas en los acceso es algo que puede ocurrir paso mucho tiempo para que me resolvieran. ”

“Clean, comfortable space. Nicely designed and well-stocked. This is a basement apartment under a family dwelling, so when they’re home you can hear the family moving around and muffled conversation - but not at night when you’d normally be trying to sleep. Slab beneath wall to wall carpeting is a little uneven, but not a hazard. Convenient location for purposes of my trip to Seattle. I’d try to book again if the space was available next time I’m in town. ”
