Great Location

Went for a girls' trip for Spring Break and had a great stay! The house had everything we needed and was close to downtown Beaufort and the beach. We really appreciated the pass to Hunting Island. We would definitely stay there again!

Getaway

We absolutely loved it ! It was clean and super cute !! The bed was comfortable the kitchen was stocked well. The privacy of the backyard was very nice also . I would highly recommend staying here !

The house was absolutely beautiful. There were plenty of bedrooms and sleeping space for 15 women. Having towels and on site laundry was very appreciated and it was all very clean. We were aware of the amount of paper products but wish there had been a better supply for toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags. We also had to buy dish soap to clean the dishes we could not put in the dishwasher. Overall, it was a pleasure to stay there and we highly recommend the property.

This gem.was close to everything . Very quiet and the home was the perfect size for our little family. We were there for our marines graduation and you are a hop skip and jump from parris island. Thank you Allie for everything ❤️

Enjoyed our stay

Very comfortable, quiet house that suited us perfectly. Has everything you need. Comfy bed, modern kitchen, nice couch and lots of TV services. We even rode the bikes one day.

Cozy Cottage

We absolutely loved our stay in this home. It was well equipped with everything we needed and we were very impressed that they even had a first aid kit and children’s medicine and Band-Aids. My favorite was the coffee bar and comfy beds. We were in town for Marine graduation and honestly there is no property that could be closer to Parris Island. It was only a two minute drive to the island, and we got to avoid all the graduation traffic. We certainly would stay here again.

Beautiful Home

I Rented this house to attend 3 different days of events for my sons Marine Graduation. Once I arrived I found the home owner had left me the sweetest card congratulating my son and Marine cupcakes, which were delicious ❤️ They have updated this house with the nicest furnishings. My favorites were the shower, I didn’t want to get out and the king size bed, so soft..also didn’t want to get out!! Everything you would need for your stay is in this house. I would definitely rent this house again. Sands Beach is a 7 min drive from this house, with the most beautiful sunset! You can see parris Island from there and hear taps at 5:15❤️ The home owner was always available to message and she messaged back right away, Thank you Allie!

Not what I filtered the application for.

Place was quaint and clean. Close to Parris Island, perfect for a Marine Graduation only. I filtered in VRBO app for Hot Tub/Spa Tub and on the water plus close to Parris Island. Hit 1 out 4. No hot tub, spa tub and far from on the water. Host was great to answer questions but referred to VRBO in fault of description. Rules, one was NO GLASS bottles outside. Scanning the yard, I found broken glass all near the fire pit. Brought this to attention to Host as well. Was not even offered a discount of any sort. Again, quaint for few individuals only for Marine Graduation.

Birthday Vacation at a Cozy Bungalow In Beautiful Port Royal

Upon arrival into the decorative and historical city of Port Royal, we were amazed at the scenery! Alluring moss trees and an abundance of bridges and bodies of water. When we pulled up to the property we were truly satisfied at how nice the property looked from the outside! Newly paved drive way along with a fresh coat of paint on the outside of the home. It was such a warm and welcoming first appearance! It really was love at first sight! The neighborhood was quiet and humble which made us feel right at home. Upon entering the residence we were greeted with a “Good Vibes Only” neon sign that definitely put a smile on our faces and gave us that extra positive vibe we definitely needed! The homes decor was top notch, and really was well thought out and put together! After unloading our vehicle we entered into the kitchen and was greeted with a Happy Birthday Balloon, a Giant Chocolate Chip Cookie that read “Happy Birthday” on it! Along with a bottle of sparkling cider and Card that wished me a Happy Birthday! My was I surprised! This truly was such a kind gesture! Allie and her husband went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a five star experience and definitely one to remember! Communicating was great and easy going Allie even provided a high chair, pack and play, and animal crackers for our little ones. Our trip to Port Royal was truly an amazing adventure and our stay at this residence was over the top! We strongly recommend and will definitely be returning again very soon!

Marine’s Graduation

Listen….this place really exceeded my expectations. My family and I were more than amazed at this place. From the appearance outside we knew we were going to be comfortable here. That red door made us feel like we were on red carpet. As we entered there was the scent of fresh paint, it was bearable an we understood this was new on the market. We also had an issue with the AC not cooling. But I can tell you, trust me when I say Allie was the best host there is. The minute I contacted her about the AC she responded to me within less than 2 minutes. She assured me that someone will be there within 30 minutes to an hour but to our surprise they came within 15 minutes. It took them a few minutes and shortly after they left we felt a big difference in the air. We were more than amazed, like unbelievable. Not to mention the apologies I’ve received and we had a special treat delivered to us. This place was well equipped with everything one would need and more. Lots of space to accommodate my party of five. They even have items an infant would need. Super clean two bedroom 1 bath. We were there for my son’s graduation and listen…only 8 minutes away from Parris Island. Every store, food chain, gas, everything is with 15 minutes. This place has a beautiful backyard with fire pit and seatings around it bicycles for 3, a deck out back that’s equipped with a grill and patio set with umbrella. This is the perfect place for any occasion stay in that area. And again I can’t stress how awesome Our Host Allie is. She made sure our stay had no hiccups and she responds in a jiffy. I highly recommend the place to everyone. My family and I fell in love with this place. And not to mention at time of check out, we were running late getting off the base due to my son having to get his last bag and traffic. I contacted Allie to let her know, she replied quickly assuring us of her understanding and for us not to worry. Some of my family met Allie and they spoke highly of her for I was not available to meet her at the time. We love Her and her place. We will be back Allie oxox…

Host was very communicative and kind. House is in a nice quiet neighborhood only a couple blocks from the Parris Island Gateway. The beds were extremely comfortable especially after a long day.

Marine Graduation

We stayed here for the weekend while my brother graduated from marine bootcamp. The location was SO convenient to Parris Island! We have zero complaints from our stay. We were able to have a nice bonfire one night, the beds were extremely comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. The nespresso machine was the perfect surprise as I was missing my own nespresso machine from home! Would highly recommend and will stay here again if we are ever in the area again. The only thing we noticed was the hot water in the shower was never warmer than lukewarm. But, after 3 months of ice cold showers during bootcamp, our marine didn’t mind it one bit! :)
