  • We are pet friendly !! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located Villa. All you need to bring is swim suits, beach chairs and sand buckets ! Just minutes to the beaches, and walking distance to downtown
    Vaulted ceilings and open floor plan. TV`s in every room, fully stocked kitchen complete with the blender and a Keurig for the morning after !
    Open covered front and rear porch, complemented with a camp style BBQ grill in the completely fenced in back yard.

    Wide open floor plan main living room with 46` TV, kitchen is fully stocked, complete with kitchen peninsula with bar stools, and a dining table for 4.
    Each bedroom has its on TV and ceiling fans, one King bed and one Queen bed. Vaulted ceilings give the area a much bigger feel.

    Guests have full access to the entire townhouse.

    Please call or text anytime with questions or concerns !

    Quite neighborhood, easily walk to downtown, Villa backs up to the City walking track

    easily walk or ride a bike to downtown area.
    Dog friendly but please NO cats. Please pick up after your pet during your stay and prior to leaving. Pet waste bags are supplied and please discard in garbage receptacle outside.
    Absolutely no smoking of any kind in the unit and this includes vaping; you may smoke outside.
    Please be courtious to the other guests and pick up after Fido !
    Quiet time is 10 pm to 7 am.

The Shrimp Shack is very convenient to the cute shops and good restaurants in Port St Joe. We really enjoyed our stay and our dog, Luna loved it too.Good walkability. Stocked very well!

Rooms were clean and the place smelled great. Tons of restaurants within walking distance and the back yard was amazing in the evening. There is a charcoal style grill in the back yard if you choose to grill out. Overall I would highly recommend staying.

Loved the Shrimp Shack

We loved our stay at the "Shrimp Shack". close to the beach and downtown area. We will most definitely stay here anytime we come back to Port St. Joe! this vrbo has great accomodations. This place is perfect for a family with pets.

Cute, Clean & Close to Town

We had an excellent overnight stay at The Shrimp Shack. Richard & Ginger were great with their communication and even let us check in early. The place was clean, nicely decorated, close to town and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again if back in town.

Excellent location. Property was very nice and as advertised. Owner was very accommodating. Enjoyed the front and back porches. Great walking/biking track behind property. Walking distance to great restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend.

Comfortable Stay

Needed a place to lay our head while visiting family. It was the perfect location with great amenities. We wish we would have brought our doggies, it would have been perfect for them!

We had a fantastic stay! The owner checked with us after arrival to make sure everything was good and that we knew how to get in touch if needed. Everything was clean, plenty of pots/pans/etc to cook with in the kitchen for our holiday stay, and comfy beds. It is located close to downtown, which was perfect. They supplied dog bowls, toys, shampoo, and bags. The yard is fenced, which is great for the pups. Do note that the yard is shared with the other half of the duplex, but we had no problems with that. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Extremely clean, great communication and dog friendly! The host responds insanely fast and with enough information for a 2 week stay if you have the time. The location is a couple of blocks from restaurants and maybe 5 blocks to the beach. I can’t say enough about the excellent hospitality!we enjoyed every moment of our short stay, we will actually be back.

Perfect spot for folks with pets. We have two doodles and an older little dog. The unit was set next to a great park and walking track and had a fenced back yard. Heaven. They also had bowls already out which saved us from unloading our own bag of stuff. even pickup bags. The unit was roomy, pleasant, on a quiet street with great parking, and just 3 blocks from all the restaurants. We were very grateful and would definitely book again.

We only stayed 1 night . But will be coming back for sure. The downdown are is oacked with great stores and restaurants.The Hosts were wonderderful with recommendations of resaurants things to do. Peppers was a great restaurants

Quiet and Homey!

My partner and I loved staying at the Shrimp Shack! Richard & Ginger set up the place so kindly and really made us feel welcome. The amenities wete amazing, from the backyard to the washer/dryer on site. We loved that we could bring our fur baby without any worry. The neighborhood was quiet day and night. We would love to stay again sometime in the future!

This is our second time to stay at the Shrimp Shack and we will be back again next year. The place is great and so are Richard and Ginger. We forgot an extension cord to charge our golf cart so I text Richard to see if there was one on the property, there wasn't but he brought one right over. 10/10 HOSTS for sure!! The property is wonderful if traveling with a dog, it is pet friendly and has a fenced in yard. Very convenient to downtown/Reid Ave!!

Shrimp shack Christmas

The Shrimp Shack is a great place to stay and very pet friendly. Richard and Ginger have thought of everything right down to your pets. The fenced back yard has plenty of room for the dogs to run and play. Close to shops, restaurants and grocery store. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and you can easily walk your dogs. We had a great stay and highly recommend a stay there
