This home is stocked with literally everything you need. It’s very spacious, clean, & in a great location. I would definitely stay here again.

Charming, Spacious and Clean

We enjoyed our stay. The home was charming and immaculate. The kitchen was well equipped and we were very comfortable with the space having 5 adults in our family. We hope to come again.

Amazing home in fantastic neighborhood. Super clean and well stocked home that was beautifully decorated. Plenty of space for my family and very convenient location to Savannah and shopping! Will definitely rent here again!

Memories

This was a great house for our family to use during my daughter’s wedding in Rincon! We all got to be together and plenty of space for us all! It made it so nice to be close to the venue and other places we needed to go! Beds slept great and kitchen was well stocked for any need we had!

Easy access to Savi

This property is in a wonderful quiet location. The house has lots of space and amenities. From the property, it was an easy drive into Savannah and all the great sights there. It was nice to be in a quiet residential neighborhood at night.

We were there for Christmas Eve, Christmas and a couple of days afterwards so we brought food to cook our family traditional meals. I brought dishes needed and was very surprised not to need them. In fact, the kitchen contained some of the exact dishes! It had everything we needed except foil, Saran Wrap, etcParking was awkward. Parking was in an alley behind the houses and was cramped.The house had large tables for eating and board games, a nice-sized living room for watching a movie and spending time together. There were lots of games including corn hole but we never got to them. All in all we had a nice stay.
The home wouldn't be decorated for the holidays so we brought a small tree.
We added holiday music with video of a fireplace and snow falling for atmosphere.

Great house for a group

The house was immaculate and well-stocked. We had a coffee pot and a Keurig, which worked well. The beds were comfortable, and the outdoor seating was a nice addition. All in all, a great place to stay! Thanks for a great weekend!

First Family Vacation

Our first family vacation in 3 years and the first time i have got away since my mom passed away a year ago the end of June with it being the hardest year of my life our son two daughters and their husbands and 4 grand babies all got to make so many memories Thank you

Spacious, quiet house.

This was a spacious house that was very well appointed. It's close to the airport and a 30-45 minute drive to downtown Savannah. It was a nice base for our visit and was set up very well. It was nice having 4 bedrooms. The beds were comfortable. Parking was in the driveway on a bit of an incline. We all enjoyed our trip and would love to stay there again.

Perfect in every way

Flat Rock Flat is easily the best vacation rental we've ever had. We were in Savanah to visit family over Thanksgiving and we able to host dinner comfortably. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and makes it easy to prepare meals. From the various games (indoor and outdoor) provided to every switch being labeled for what it controls, it was clear that a lot of thought went into getting the house ready. Well definitely seek this one out next time we're in town.

5 star House!!!

This house was as perfect as a Georgia peach! The pictures showed a great representation of the house and all its room. It was obvious the furnishings were intentially desigisned and chosen to make your stay welcoming and comfortable. We had 2 familes with a total of 9 people and had plenty of room in this spacious house. Savannah and Tybee Island were both easy day trips from this location. I would highly recomend this booking.

House is incredible- management company terrible

The house is beautiful and full of all the amenities you could need. The big issue we had was dirty towels and some general cleanliness issues as well as a strong smell of marijuana in the upstairs bedrooms. We also found a package of cigarettes and a lighter where my 2 year old could reach. We immediately reached out to Vacasa and was told the issue was escalated to the local management team and I repeatedly messaged and was told there has been no response from the local team. I wrote a message the last day and said I had yet to be contacted- they assured me I should receive a response by the morning of checkout and I never did. Very disappointed and the homeowners should be aware that the company managing their property isn’t managing it at all. I will never rent a home managed by Vacasa again.
