Our rental was perfect in every way and walking distance to everything! Very comfortable beds too and certainly enjoyed the coffee station! Thank you and was my very first trip to Portland and will never forget this place!!

The decor and accommodations were great. We only stayed one night, but certainly would have loved more time. The location was central to many downtown spots. The host was very responsive and informative.

Thank you so much for a great stay. Just in town for a show and it was perfect. Grabbed breakfast at forge and wish we could have explored the neighborhood a bit more. Fun spots.

Two-day getaway to Portland

Quite convenient to the port area, the heart of which is about a mile walk from the property, mostly downhill; an easy 20-min walk to the wharves with all the restaurants.

The apt. was exactly as pictured and described. Very comfortable accommodations. The apt. was extremely clean and had everything you would need during your stay. Nice quiet neighborhood/street. Easy parking. All in all a very nice place to stay in Portland. The owner was quick to respond to me as well as forthcoming with information about places to eat and see. I would definitely recommend this apt. to stay in.

eclectic neighborhood

Our 3 night stay in Portland's Monjoy neighborhood was the perfect compliment to our Maine vacation. Everything was in walking distance, and we took ample advantage of many long hikes and walks . Davian is a gracious host, and provided thoughtful touches to make us feel welcome . comfy beds, and ample kitchen supples.

Overnight stay

We needed a one night in Portland on our way to our destination. This place was perfect for our needs! The beds were comfortable and it was walking distance to restaurants and downtown. Enjoyed our stay

We needed a place for an overnight stay in Portland, and this was a great choice for us. The location was within walking distance to many restaurants and the waterfront. The apartment had everything we needed and some nice touches as well (Brita water pitcher was much appreciated!). The communication from the owner was excellent.

Optimal location - comfortable and super clean

Great location near excellent restaurants and walking distance to Commercial Street. Unit was exceptionally clean. Appreciated the headsup on the sloped floor which was a non issue after the first day. Would definitely recommend.

A Great Place To Stay

This was the perfect place for my friends and I to sleep on New Year’s Eve. Enough beds for the three of us, and within walking distance to Fore Street so we didn’t have to navigate downtown parking. Davian was an attentive and informative host, providing not only information regarding the property, but also area attractions and points of interest. If you’re looking for a sunlit apartment near the city center, I would recommend this one!

Great neighborhood

Appreciated the ease of check in and the owner suggestions. We have come to Portland a lot and stayed out from morning until night with lots of things to do. Moonday Coffee amazing. We did find the online photo misleading as the third sleeping area was not as it was displayed online. Instead it was in the « writing desk « room without a door. The place however served us well.
