“For us visiting family who live nearby the property was perfect. As our stay was in winter we couldn’t take full advantage of the pretty well equipped garden, which in summer would be lovely. Very attentive host, who stayed in touch throughout our stay. There’s not much in the town itself, but overall a very convenient location and close to Palma.”

“Der Vermieter war super nett. Das Haus war sauber und es war alles vorhanden. Die Dachterrasse ist das Highlight. Parken vor der Tur geht nicht, und man muss ein paar Minuten bergauf laufen. Andratx ist nett und man kommt schnell zu wunderschönen Stränden in der Nähe. Es ist ruhig und wir konnten uns gut erholen. Auch für die Kids war es eine gute Zeit. ”

“la petite maison est très coquette et agréable, même si l'on était en hauteur de la route de tramuntana les matinées et soirées sont très tranquiles. La maison est sur un départ pour pas mal de randonnées et c'était top. Pour ceux qui veulent la plage vraiment à côté ce n'est pas pour vous, mais si vous chercher une combinaison avec de la rando et montagne c'est vraiment bien. Les gens de Homerti sont avenants et arrangent les choses si nécessaire.”

“Beautiful neighborhood despite noise from construction site nearby, beach 5 minute walk downhill (and uphill in the way back). Old house recently renovated indoors, clean with basic furniture. Don’t expect to use the garden as it hasn’t been maintained and is completely overgrown.very responsive agency albeit not very flexible in terms of arrival times. Good value for money but don’t expect anything fancy. ”
