Our stay was great! Noelle is a wonderful host. She was extremely responsive both in advance of our stay, and during it (although we really didn’t need anything during our stay). The house did not disappoint! It’s just as depicted. The outdoor space is great for hanging out. And the location is convenient to Newport, Bristol, Tiverton and beyond.

This beautiful home was just what we wanted - peaceful and relaxing. And still close enough to Newport, Providence & beaches for fun days and lovely restaurants. We even prepared a meal on the grill when we were too tired to go out. My kids had fun with the kayaks as well - my daughter enjoyed one final paddle on the morning of our last day!
What a way to start the day!

Amazing stay in Portsmouth

We had the most perfect family vacation at Noelle’s! Her home is beautifully renovated and so comfortable and welcoming. The views, the layout, all of her personal touches and timely communication - I’m not sure what more you could ask for. We will definitely be back!

I have been staying at VRBO homes for seven years now. With that said I can honestly say this was to loveliest, cleanest, comfortable home I have entered. It was nicer than the pictures. The owners who revamped this adorable cottage have perfect taste in everything from the furniture, to the linens, to the hangers in the closet. And the views, incredible. The owners, so lovely to deal with. It was an easy, breezy kind of stay. A couple of chilly mornings and just fired up that sweet fireplace and the whole house got cozy warm in minutes. The lighting, the dishes and even the beer glasses in the freezer, everything done with impeccable taste.I will definitely return.

Girls trip.

We do a girls trip to a different place every year. The house was very clean, very cute with a great view with an outside deck. The house was well equipped with everything you would need. The host was easy to contact and replied right away. We would definitely put this on our list of places to stay again. It’s a 25 minute ride to downtown Newport.

Magical Spot in Portsmouth

Perfect house for a relaxing getaway with friends. Our favorite time of day was sitting on the deck with coffee in the morning. We even canceled our lunch reservations to have more time at the house! I can’t recommend it enough for anyone looking for a spot on the water in close proximity to Newport.

Portsmouth Cottage

Cottage was beautifully decorated, very comfortable and fully equipped. We very much enjoyed sunrise on deck and listening to waves at night. Noelle was great to deal with and provided excellent restaurant recommendations. We would definitely return!

Amazing clean property

We were in town for a basketball tournament and I decided to treat my family to a house for the weekend rather than a hotel room. What a nice surprise. The home was better than the pictures do justice and was well laid out and CLEAN. The owner was in constant communication and from start to finish the whole weekend was a joy. Thanks !!!

Absolutely Perfect!

This property is amazing! Very clean, well decorated, cozy and new. We were amazed at the attention to details. Everything was well thought out, down to chip clips in the kitchen drawer. We have stayed at many VRBO's, this one was the best. The pots, pans, plates silverware and everything else in the kitchen was of good quality and everything was included. We really felt like we were home, not in a rental. Well done!

Quiet neighborhood, pleasant waterfront ambiance, beautiful sunrise. The home is exactly as pictured, even more beautiful in person very clean and comfortable. We were a family of 5 adults with plenty of space. There is a nice area to walk in the neighborhood/by the water. Took the kayaks out in the morning which was very nice!! Close to Newport. Noelle is a very attentive and thoughtful host. You can tell she really wants her guests to enjoy themselves and have a nice getaway. Would definitely recommend if you want a relaxing getaway!

10/10 stay!

Gorgeous house! It is just like the photos, if not better. Newly renovated, SOOO clean, and such a great location right on the water. The property manager was great to communicate with and answered messages super fast. Location is SO close to great restaurants, beaches, and everything we wanted to do. Family friendly home. The outside deck is new and so nice to relax on. There is also patio furniture down on the water and I believe there was kayaks in the shed but we never ended up using them. The property manager thought of everything. The house is STOCKED with everything you could possibly need. We would definitely stay here again if we do another trip to RI.

Summer family vacation

We stayed at this lovely home in Portsmouth RI for our family summer vacation. The home was newly renovated and it was beautiful. The inside was wonderfully decorated, the beds and furniture were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. We took advantage of the outdoor seating by the water and the 2 kayaks that came with the rental. Noelle the owner promptly responded to any question or concern we had prior to our vacation stay and even texted to check in with us after our arrival, to make sure our stay was going well. We would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the Portsmouth area. Easy drive to local vineyards, Newport and the area beaches.

Beautifully renovated/Swimming/Kayaking off back deck

We had a wonderful stay at Noelle's newly renovated house on the water. Although the ad only lists the property as "close" to beaches, we found we could walk right into the water off of the back deck with a pair of water shoes. So my nine-year-old son had a blast kayaking and swimming morning to night without the trouble of any trip to the beach. The house itself is not only beautifully renovated and tastefully decorated, but it's generously provisioned with everything we could have thought to ask for on our vacation. And Noelle was a perfect host: making sure we knew where everything was, but not intruding into our family vacation time. If you go, make sure you take a morning run or walk on the breathtaking trails at the Sachuest National Wildlife Sanctuary (a short drive to the South).

Lovely home - relaxing stay

What an amazing, lovely place to relax! It has all the comforts of home and more. It is clean, nicely decorated and equipped with everything you need. The view from the living room was absolutely mesmerizing and peaceful. It is indeed a waterfront property—you step-off the lower patio right into the bay. Our family loved being able to journey into the water with the provided kayaks. Communication with the kind owner was very easy. We appreciated the guest guide binder with lots of helpful information. We all enjoyed our stay! Thank you Noelle!

Trip to Rhode Island

This place was perfect for our getaway. Right on the water, beautiful deck overlooking the water, so peaceful you can hear the waves. The location is perfect near everything you need, 20 minutes from Newport. The property itself is immaculate, clean, cozy and just a home away from home. Highly recommend and will be staying here again.
