  • In the pocket of Christian Shores, this is half of a Colonial with plenty of charming old New England character yet new and fresh feel.

    Off street parking and water views! Enjoy the bright kitchen, fully equipped, you can cook dinner and enjoy time with friends or family. Grill on the porch and enjoy the view!

    Portsmouth New Hampshire is a bustling town, with access to amazing restaurants, breweries, coffee shops and museums. Spend the day shopping or going to the farmers market. Take a harbor cruise out to the Isle of Shoals.

    With quick access to the water, you can bring your paddle board, kayak or other water craft and enjoy!

    Bring your dog too!

    Short 5 min walk to to downtown!

    1 mile to Maine or 5 min

    50 miles Boston or 55min

    The character of this space is an enjoyable New England experience!
    Just few extras:
    - boat launch at the end of the street with a park to enjoy the water view.
    - stone patio for outside enjoyment in the summer
    - 5 min to the Portsmouth Music Hall
    - 8 min to Strawberry Bank
    -10 -12 min drive to the beach
    - 5 min to Kittery Outlets

    We have always prided our property as very clean but we are now allowing 24-48 hours between travelers to take extra little bit of time to go through and give it that extra bit of cleaning love!

    We want everyone to enjoy there time in Portsmouth!

This location and house offer a family room to stretch out and be very comfortable with sleeping and bathroom needs. We would book again if needed for a stay in Portsmouth.

We loved this place. Charming, immaculate and well stocked. The owner was very responsive & helpful with restaurant suggestions. If we go to Portsmouth again we will definitely stay there!

Great old house on a quiet street close to the action of downtown. The house was decorated incredibly tastefully and the kitchen appliances were all new and in great shape!

This property was wonderful! So clean and comfortable. We were in Portsmouth for my niece’s wedding and this was the perfect spot. It is so close to downtown. I honestly wish I had more time to explore the surrounding area. Highly recommend this property!

The location was great, the house was well stocked with pots/pans/glassware/etc. The bed was comfortable and the main bathroom was very nice. I did find it strange that there were no window treatments in the kitchen/dining area, it was a little strange since the street has a decent amount of foot traffic. It also meant the kitchen was pretty chilly.

We love staying at this lovely VRBO in Portsmouth! The host is a great communicator, the location is great for walking into town and venturing to Maine and Massachusetts. This VRBO is quaint and well equipped. We look forward to returning next fall.

Overall we had a great stay while in town for my son's wedding in Portsmouth. The home was clean, with plenty of supplies and close to downtown!

This was our second girls’ weekend and the house is as charming and accommodating as we remembered! There is not a single thing we wondered about or looked for that Michelle hadn’t already taken care of. The one caution continues to be the very steep stairs to the additional bedrooms and bath - our group handles it but something to keep in mind. The location is so centrally located - this time we enjoyed Kennebunkport’s Christmas Prelude. Can’t wait to visit again!

This house is very comfortable, well stocked and immaculate. We spent a week here at the first of August. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything in Portsmouth. I would happily stay here again.

Wonderful property that was spacious, clean, had tons of amenities and in a fantastic location for easy walking to downtown with a short drive to groceries and other shopping. Loved it and hope to stay longer on our next visit to the area.
